تأثیر تمرینات مقاومتی با دو شدت متفاوت همراه با محدودیت جریان خون بر قدرت عضلانی، درصد چربی و سطح سرمی آیریزین زنان دارای اضافه ‎وزن

چکیده

مقدمه: شیوع اضافه‌وزن و چاقی و عوارض آن به­سرعت در جهان در حال افزایش است. بنابرین لازم است روش‎های نوینی برای پیشگیری و درمان آن ارائه گردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر 6 هفته تمرین مقاومتی با محدودیت جریان خون (کاتسو) با دو شدت متغیر بر درصد چربی، قدرت عضلانی و سطح سرمی آیریزین در زنان دارای اضافه‎وزن انجام شد.
روش­کار: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی در سال 1398 بر روی 42 زن دارای اضافه­وزن در شهر مشهد انجام شد. افراد به‌طور تصادفی در سه گروه تمرینات مقاومتی همراه با محدودیت جریان خون با شدت 30-20% از یک تکرار بیشینه، تمرینات مقاومتی همراه با محدودیت جریان خون با شدت 50-40% و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های تمرین به‌مدت 6 هفته، هفته­ای 3 جلسه و هر جلسه 60-50 دقیقه به تمرین پرداختند. قبل و بعد از مداخله تمرینی سطوح سرمی آیریزین، قدرت عضلانی و درصد چربی گرفته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 23) و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس (ANCOVA) انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته­ها: شش هفته تمرین مقاومتی همراه با کاتسو با دو شدت متفاوت منجر به افزایش معنی­دار قدرت در مرحله پس‌آزمون شد (001/0=p). تغییرات سطح سرمی آیریزین و درصد چربی معنی­دار بین دو گروه نبود (05/0p≥).
نتیجه­گیری: تمرین مقاومتی همراه با کاتسو بدون تغییر در سطح سرمی آیریزین، در شدت 30-20% منجر به کاهش معنی­دار درصد چربی شد.

Introduction: The prevalence of overweight and obesity and its complications are rapidly increasing in the world. Therefore, new ways are needed to prevent and cure this health dilemma. This study was performed with aim to compare the effect of six weeks of resistance training along with blood flow restriction (Kaatsu) with two different intensities on body fat percentage, muscle strength, and serum level of Irisin in overweight women.
Methods: This semi-experimental study was performed in 2019 on 42 overweight women in Mashhad. The subjects were randomly assigned into three groups: resistance exercises with blood flow restriction (BFR) and intensity of 20-30% of 1repetition maximum (1RM), resistance training with BFR and intensity of 40-50% and control group. The training groups received training three sessions per week and 60-50 minutes each session for six weeks. Before and after the intervention, serum levels of Irisin, muscle strength and fat percentage were taken. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 23) and ANCOVA test. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Results: Six weeks of resistance training along with Kaatsu with two variable intensities resulted in a significant increase in strength in the post-test (P=0.001). Changes in irisin levels and fat percentage were not significantly different between the two groups (P≤0.05).
Conclusion: Resistance training along with Kaatsu significantly decreased fat percentage at 20-30% of intensity without changes in serum level of irisin.
