تأثیر تمرینات کششی بر شدت درد و تواتر گرفتگی عضلات پا در زنان میان‌سال مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک

چکیده

مقدمه: گرفتگی عضلات پا با مقادیر بالای گلوکز خون، تری گلیسیرید، فشارخون، چاقی و کاهش HDL در زنان میان­سال در ارتباط است که انقباضات دردناکی را به همراه دارد و منجر به اختلال راه‌رفتن و سلامت فرد می‌شود. ازاین‌رو با توجه به این اختلالات، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تمرینات کششی عضلات ساق و همسترینگ بر شدت درد و گرفتگی عضلات پا در زنان مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-‌پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل در سال 1394 بر روی 24 نفر از بیماران سندرم متابولیکی شهرستان فومن انجام شد. پس از اندازه‌گیری‌های شاخص‌های سندرم متابولیک و گرفتگی عضلات پا، افراد به روش تصادفی‌سازی ساده به دو گروه تجربی و شاهد تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرین کششی به مدت 6 هفته، هفته‌ای 5 روز و هر روز 50-45 دقیقه انجام شد. شدت و تواتر گرفتگی عضلات توسط مقیاس سنجش بصری بررسی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمون‌های تی همبسته و تحلیلی کوواریانس انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: تمرینات کششی باعث کاهش معنادار شدت و تواتر گرفتگی عضلات پا شد (05/0>p)؛ این درحالی است که بین دو گروه تغییرات شدت درد معنادار نبود (05/0<p). همچنین تغییرات شاخص‌های سندرم متابولیک و اندازه‌گیری‌های آنتروپومتریک قبل و بعد از تمرین در گروه تجربی معنی‌دار نبود (05/0<p).
نتیجه‌گیری: شش هفته تمرینات کششی می‌تواند سطح گرفتگی عضلات پا را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد و در نتیجه در بهبود شاخص‌های گرفتگی عضلات پا (شدت و تواتر) مفید واقع شود. بنابراین بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده زنان مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک برای پیشگیری احتمالی از اختلالات گرفتگی عضلات پا و کاهش عوارض ناشی ‌از آن در زندگی روزمره، می‌توانند از تمرینات کششی استفاده کنند.

Introduction: Leg cramp is associated with high levels of blood glucose, triglycerides, blood pressure, obesity and decreased HDL in middle-aged women that is associated with painful contractions, which leads to disorder of walking and health in the individual. Therefore, due to these disorders, this study was performed with aim to investigate the effects of calf muscles and hamstrings stretching training on pain severity and leg cramps in women with metabolic syndrome.
Methods: This semi experimental study was performed by pretest-posttest with control group in 2015 on 24 patients with metabolic syndrome in Fouman city. After the measurement of leg cramps and metabolic syndrome variables, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control. Stretching training was performed for 6 weeks, 5 days per week for 45 to 50 minutes. The intensity and frequency of leg cramps were assessed by visual analogue scale. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 20) and dependent t test and covariance analysis. P<0.05 was considered significant.
Results: Stretching training significantly reduced the intensity and frequency of leg cramps (p<0.05); while the changes of pain severity was not significant between two groups (p>0.05). Also, the changes of metabolic syndrome indices and anthropometric measurements before and after training was not significant the experimental group (p>0.05).
Conclusion: 6 weeks of stretching training can affect the leg muscles cramps and so can be useful in improving of leg cramps indices (intensity of frequency). Therefore, according to the results, women with metabolic syndrome can use stretching training for possible prevention of leg muscles cramps disorders and reducing its complications in daily life.
