تأثیر مثبت توانمندی زنان بر فرزندآوری: تعداد فرزندان بیشتر در زنان شاغل

چکیده

مقدمه: در سال‌های اخیر، کاهش باروری یک مسأله اجتماعی بوده است. با توجه به نقش زنان در فرزندآوری، مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه فرزندآوری در زنان شاغل و غیر‌شاغل مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه شهید بهشتی و مراکز منتخب آموزش و پرورش تهران انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفی - مقطعی در سال 95-1394 بر روی 267 زن شاغل در آموزش ‌و‌ پرورش و مراکز بهداشتی و بیمارستانی و 273 زن خانه‌دار مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی تهران انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمون‌های آماری تی تست، کای دو، من ویتنی، رگرسیون لوجستیک و پواسون انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: تعداد فرزند دوم در زنان شاغل بیشتر بود (002/0=p). شانس تمایل به فرزندآوری در زنان شاغل 2 برابر زنان خانه‌دار بود (008/0=p). تمایل به داشتن فرزند پسر در زنان خانه‌دار بیشتر از زنان شاغل بود (014/0=p). بین سطوح تحصیلات و تعداد فرزندان زنان تفاوت آماری وجود نداشت (36/0=p).
نتیجه‌گیری: اشتغال زنان تأثیر مثبتی بر فرزندآوری دارد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Fertility decline has been a social problem in recent years. According to the role of women in childbearing, this study was performed with aim to compare childbearing among working women and housewives who referred to health centers of Shahid Beheshti University and selected centers of Ministry Education in Tehran.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 273 housewives who referred to health centers of Tehran Shahid Beheshti University and 267 women working in health centers and hospitals. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 20) and T-test, Chi- square, Mann-Whitney, Logistic regression and Poisson test. P< 0.05 was considered significant.
Results: The second child was more among working women (P=0.001). The childbearing chance among working women was two times higher than housewives (P=0.008). The desire to having a son in housewives was more than working women (P=0.014). There was no difference between education's level and number of child among women (P=0.36).
Conclusion:Women's working has a positive impact on childbearing.
