بررسی رضایت‌مندی زنان باردار از ارائه مراقبت‌های دوران بارداری در مراکز بهداشتی اهواز

چکیده
مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت مراقبت‌های دوران بارداری و تأثیر آن بر سلامت مادران و تقدم پیشگیری بر درمان، ارتقا‌‌ء کیفیت مراقبت‌های دوران بارداری ضروری است و بهبود کیفیت خدمات بدون توجه به نظرات استفاده‌کنندگان امکان‌پذیر نیست. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان رضایت زنان باردار از ارائه مراقبت‌های دوران بارداری در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی اهواز انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1391 بر روی 588 زن باردار مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان اهواز انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گیری به‌طور تصادفی و به روش در دسترس انجام شد. داده‌های مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به روش مصاحبه با مادران جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 18) و آمار توصیفی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: 282 نفر (48%) از زنان باردار از مراقبت‌های ارائه شده دوران بارداری رضایت کامل و 296 نفر (3/50%) رضایت نسبی داشتند و تنها 10 نفر (7/1%) ناراضی بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: اکثر مادران باردار از ارائه مراقبت‌های دوران بارداری رضایت دارند.

Introduction: According to the importance of prenatal care and its effect on maternal health and priority of prevention to treatment, it is necessary to promote the quality of prenatal care and improvement of the quality of services isn’t possible without considering the users' views. So, this research was done with aim to determine the rate of pregnant women's satisfaction of presented prenatal care at Ahvaz health care centers.
Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 588 pregnant women referred to Ahvaz health centers in 2012. Sampling was performed by randomized convenience method. Data were gathered by researcher made questionnaire with interviewing to the mothers. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and SPSS (version 18).
Results: 282 women (48%) were completely satisfied, 296 (50.3%) relatively satisfied and only 10 (1.7%) were dissatisfied from presented prenatal care.
Conclusion: The majority of pregnant women are satisfied from presented prenatal care.
