بررسی تأثیر ماساژ یخ در نقطه هوگو بر شدت درد زایمان در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های منتخب شهر تهران

چکیده

مقدمه: امروزه شیوه های مختلف از جمله ماساژ یخ به عنوان عامل کاهش دهنده شدت درد زایمان مطـرح هسـتند.
این مطالعه به منظور بررسـی تـأثیر ماسـاژ یـخ در نقطـه هگـو بـر درد زایمـان در زنـان بـاردار مراجعـه کننـده بـه
بیمارستان های منتخب شهر تهران انجام شد.
روش کار: در یک کارآزمایی بالینی مورد شاهدی، 60 نفر از زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های منتخب تهـران
به طور تصادفی در دوگروه ماساژ یخ یا درمان نما قرار گرفتند. ابتدا شدت درد زایمان در مرحله فاز فعال زایمـان توسـط
مقیاس سنجش دیداری درد اندازه گیری و سپس مداخله یعنی ماساژ یخ به مدت 10 دقیقه برای گـروه مـورد و درمـان
نما برای گروه شاهد در نقطه هگو انجام شد و شدت درد قبل از مداخله، بلافاصله، نیم و یک ساعت بعد از مداخلـه در دو
گروه مقایسه شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های تی مستقل، آنالیز واریـانس یـک طرفـه و آنـالیز واریـانس
اندازه گیری های مکرر استفاده شد.
یافته ها: مقایسه میانگین شدت درد در گروه ماساژ یخ بین قبل و بلافاصله، نیم ساعت و یک سـاعت بعـد ازمداخلـه، و در
گروه درمان نما فقط قبل و بلافاصله بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنادار آمـاری را نشـان داد (p<0/001). همچنـین مقایسـه دو
گروه نیم ساعت بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنادار آماری داشت (p<0/05).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش علی رغم این که ماساژ یخ باعث کاهش شدت درد زایمان می شود ولی با
توجه به طولانی بودن مدت درد زایمان، تکرار این روش در طول فاز فعال به عنوان یک روش مؤثر و بدون عارضه
برای کاهش درد زایمان توصیه می شود

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Nowadays, different methods such as ice massage are proposed as decreasing labor pain factors. This study was carried out in order to examine the effect of ice massage in Hegu zone on severity of labor pain in pregnant women referred to selected hospitals in Tehran.
 
Methods: In a case-control clinical trial, 60 pregnant women referred to selected hospitals in Tehran were allocated randomly into two groups, receiving ice massage and placebo. First severity of labor pain was measured in active phase by visual measurement scale and then ice massage was performed on Hegu zone in case group and placebo in control groups for 10 minutes. The severity of labor pain was compared in two groups before of intervention, immediately after intervention, half and one hour after intervention. Data was analyzed using independent t test, one way ANOVA and repeated measure ANOVA tests.
 
Results: Findings showed that mean of pain was significantly different before intervention and immediately after intervention, half an hour and one hour after intervention in ice massage group. Mean of pain was significantly different before intervention and immediately after intervention in placebo group (p<0.001). There was statistically significant difference between two groups half an hour after intervention (p<0.05).
 
Conclusion: Being Iranian or Afghan does not influence the incidence of HELLP syndrome. However, further amount of proteinuria, lower gestational age at the time of onset of preeclampsia symptoms and also maternal risk symptoms like headache, epigastric pain and blurred vision are risk factors for HELLP syndrome.
