پروتکل درمانی خونریزی غیرطبیعی رحمی در سنین باروری از دیدگاه طب ایرانی

چکیده

مقدمه: خونریزی رحمی غیرطبیعی به‌صورت اختلال در کمّیت، مدت زمان، نظم و برنامه قاعدگی بروز می‌‌کند که یک مشکل قابل توجه بوده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف جمع‌بندی و ارائه توصیه‌های طب ایرانی مبتنی بر شواهد در درمان و مدیریت خونریزی رحمی غیرطبیعی انجام شد.
روشکار: در این مقاله مروری نقلی، کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط با خونریزی غیرطبیعی رحمی در منابع طب ایرانی که با عنوان "افراط و یا کثرت طمث" نامیده می‌شود، مرور و موارد مرتبط با تدابیر تغذیه‌ای و درمان این بیماری استخراج گردید. کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی "Menorrhagia" یا "Menometrorrhagia" یا"Abnormal uterine bleeding- AUB" یا "Poly-menorrhea" یا "Herbal medicine" یا "Nutritional treatment" و کلید واژه­های فارسی "منوراژی"، "خونریزی غیرطبیعی رحم" و "افراط طمث" و ترکیب این کلمات در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتیSID ،PubMed ،Scopus ،Web of science ، Science direct و Google scholar جستجو و در نهایت مواردی که دارای شواهد علمی بودند، در قالب تدابیر تغذیه‌ای و درمان ارائه گردید.
یافته­ ها: بخش قابل توجهی از توصیه‌های طب ایرانی در درمان خونریزی رحمی غیرطبیعی، دارای شواهد بالینی کاربردی است. این موارد شامل استفاده از غذاهای کاهش‌دهنده خونریزی و با هضم سریع، پرهیز از مصرف غذاهای سنگین، اصلاح سبک زندگی (سته ضروریه)، استفاده از داروهای گیاهی و همچنین تجویز اعمال یداوی مناسب برحسب شرایط بیماران می‌باشد.
نتیجه ­گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، استفاده از راهکارهای ساده طب ایرانی در درمان خونریزی رحمی غیرطبیعی همراه با پروتکل‏ های طب رایج، می‌تواند در کنترل این بیماری کمک کننده باشد و به سلامت هرچه بیشتر زنان کمک نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Abnormal uterine bleeding occurs as a disturbance in the quantity, duration, regularity and schedule of menstruation, which has been a significant problem. The present study was performed with aim to summarize the recommendations of Persian medicine in the treatment and management of abnormal uterine bleeding.
Methods: In this narrative review article, the key words related to abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) in the sources of Persian medicine, which is called "Efrate tams", were reviewed and the items related to nutritional measures and treatment of this disease were extracted. Keywords "Menorrhagia" or "Menometrorrhagia" or "Abnormal uterine bleeding-AUB" or "Poly-menorrhea" or "Herbal medicine" or "Nutritional treatment" and "Efrate tams" were searched in SID, PubMed, Scopus, Web of science, Science direct and Google Scholar databases, and finally the cases which had scientific evidence were presented in the form of nutritional measures and treatment.
Results: A significant part of the recommendations of Persian medicine for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding has practical clinical evidence. These include the use of foods which reduce bleeding and fast digestion, avoiding the consumption of heavy foods, lifestyle modification, the use of herbal medicines, and also the prescription of appropriate medical treatments according to the patients' conditions.
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the use of simple solutions of Persian medicine in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding along with common medicine protocols can help in controlling this disease and contribute to the health of women as much as possible.
