مقایسه طرحواره نقش جنسیتی زوجین، در دو گروه از زنان با و بدون همسرآزاری مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر مشهد در سال 1394

چکیده

مقدمه: همسرآزاری اشاره به خشونتی دارد که از جانب شریک زندگی رخ داده و یا در حال انجام است. طرحواره نقش جنسیتی مجموعه‌ای از باورهای فرد در مورد هویت زنانه یا مردانه است، بنابراین می‌تواند بر روابط افراد تأثیرگذار باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه طرحواره نقش جنسیتی زوجین در زنان با و بدون همسرآزاری مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر مشهد انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه تحلیلی - مقایسه‌ای در سال 1394 بر روی 257 زوج مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر مشهد انجام گرفت. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های نقش جنسیتی بم و همسرآزاری ISA بود. با استفاده از پرسشنامه همسرآزاری، زوجین در دو گروه با و بدون همسرآزاری قرار گرفتند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه بم نمرات زنانگی، مردانگی و خنثی در زن و مرد تعیین شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون‌های کای‌اسکوئر، فیشر، تی‌مستقل و من‌ویتنی انجام شد. میزان p‌ کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره زنانگی و مردانگی در مردان گروه بدون همسرآزاری نسبت به گروه دیگر با اختلاف معناداری بیشتر بود (015/0=p، 013/0=p). میانگین نمره خنثی در مردان بدون همسرآزاری نسبت به گروه دیگر با اختلاف معناداری کمتر بود (024/0=p).
نتیجه‌گیری: صفات زنانگی در کنار ویژگی‌های مردانگی، در مردان باعث می‌شود کمتر مرتکب همسرآزاری شوند و صفات خنثی در مردان عامل خطری برای همسرآزاری محسوب می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Spouse abuse refers to violence which is occurred or is being occurred from the partner. Gender role schemas is a set of one's beliefs about male or female identity, so it can affect the people's relationships. This study was performed with aim to compare the gender schemas couples in women with and without spouse abuse referred to health care centers in Mashhad.
Methods: This analytical-comparative study was performed on 257 couples referred to Mashhad health care centers in 2015. The tools included: Bem`s Sex-Role Inventory and ISA questionnaire (Index Spouse Abuse). By using ISA questionnaire, the couples were divided into two groups of with and without Spouse abuse, and using Bem questionnaire, the scores of femininity, masculinity and undifferentiated in women and men were determined. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 16), and Chi-square, Fisher, independent-t and Mann-Whitney tests. P<0.05 was considered significant.
Results: Mean scores of femininity and masculinity in men without spouse abuse were significantly higher than other group (P=0.015) (P=0.013). Mean score of undifferentiated in men without spouse abuse was significantly lower than other group (P=0.024).
Conclusion: Femininity attributes along with masculinity attributes in men decrease spouse abuse. But undifferentiated attributes in men are considered as risk factor for spouse abuse.
