تأثیر کرم واژینال رازیانه بر دیسپارونی و رضایت جنسی زنان یائسه: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی دوسوکور کنترل شده

چکیده

مقدمه: در یائسگی کاهش استروژن و آندروژن به طور فیزیولوژیک منجر به کاهش جریان خون ناحیه ولو و واژن و در نتیجه کاهش میل و برانگیختگی جنسی می شود و خشکی واژن باعث کاهش آستانه حسی ناحیه ژنیتال، دیسپارونی و کاهش لیبیدو می شود، رضایت از رابطه جنسی در سلامت روحی افراد نقش بسزایی دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر کرم واژینال رازیانه بر مقاربت دردناک و رضایت جنسی زنان یائسه انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور در سال 1393 با هدف بررسی تأثیر مصرف کرم واژینال رازیانه بر رضایت جنسی زنان یائسه بر روی 60 زن مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز بهداشتی شماره یک شرق اهواز انجام شد. تعداد 60 زن یائسه با تشخیص آتروفی واژن به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 30 نفری جهت دریافت کرم واژینال رازیانه 5% و دارونما برای مدت 8 هفته قرار گرفتند. میزان رضایت جنسی بر اساس پرسشنامه لارسون محاسبه شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 22) و آزمون‌ های تی زوجی، تی مستقل، کای دو، من ویتنی و معادلات برآورد تعمیم یافته (GEE) انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: پس از مداخله، میانگین میزان رضایت جنسی در افراد گروه مصرف کننده کرم واژینال رازیانه به طور معنی‌داری بهتر از گروه دارونما بود (001/0>p) و کاهش قابل توجهی در درد حین مقاربت در گروه مصرف کننده کرم واژینال رازیانه مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: مصرف کرم واژینال رازیانه سبب کاهش مقاربت دردناک و افزایش رضایت جنسی در زنان یائسه می شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: In menopause, decreased estrogen and androgen physiologically levels leads to decrease in blood flow to the vulva and vagina, and thus reducing sexual desire and arousal. Vaginal dryness can decrease sensory threshold of genital area, dyspareunia and reduced libido. The satisfaction in sexual relationship has an important role in mental health of people.This study was performed with aim to evaluate the effect of fennel vaginal cream on dyspareunia and sexual satisfaction among postmenopausal women.
Methods: This randomized, double-blind controlled trial was performed on 60 postmenopausal women referred to No 1 Eastern health center in Ahvaz with aim to evaluate the effect of fennel vaginal cream on sexual satisfaction in 2014. Sixty postmenopausal women with diagnosis of vaginal atrophy were randomly divided into two 30 cases groups to receive fennel vaginal cream 5% and placebo for 8 weeks. The sexual satisfaction was measured using Larson Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 22), and paired t-test, independent t-test, Chi-square, Mann-Whitney and GEE. PResults: After the intervention, sexual satisfaction was significantly improved in fennel vaginal cream group than placebo group (P<0.001), and a significant reduction in dysparonia was observed in fennel vaginal cream (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The results of the study showed that use of fennel vaginal cream was effective in reducing dysparonia and increasing sexual satisfaction.
