چکیده
مقدمه: یکی از مؤلفه های بهداشتی که نشانه ای از سلامت جسم و روان است، عملکرد جنسی مطلوب است. زنان برای جلوگیری از بارداری های ناخواسته از قرص های پیشگیری از بارداری استفاده می کنند که اثرات آن‌ها بر عملکرد جنسی درخور توجه است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه عملکرد جنسی در زنان استفاده کننده از قرص های پیشگیری از بارداری با کاندوم انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی مقایسه ای در سال 1392 بر روی 240 زن مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی شهر تهران انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان و مشخصات فردی بود که از طریق مصاحبه تکمیل شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS‌ (نسخه 16) و آزمون تی مستقل انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: میانگین سن زنان استفاده کننده از قرص های ضد بارداری 42/5±57/29 سال و کاندوم 41/5±23/29 سال بود. بین مشخصات جمعیت شناختی دو گروه تفاوتی وجود نداشت (05/0<p). عملکرد جنسی و حیطه های آن در زنان استفاده کننده از قرص های پیشگیری از بارداری با کاندوم تفاوتی نداشت (05/0<p).
نتیجه‌گیری: قرص های پیشگیری از بارداری باعث اختلال در عملکرد جنسی نمی شوند، اما قطعاً نمی توان اثرات آن‌ها را نادیده گرفت، زیرا عملکرد جنسی تحت تأثیر عوامل گوناگونی قرار می گیرد.

چکیده English

Introduction: Favorite sexual function is one of the health component which is a sign of physical and mental health. Women use oral contraceptive pills for prevention of unwanted pregnancy that their effects on sexual function must be considered. This study was performed with aim to compare sexual function in women using contraceptive pills (OCP) with Condom.
Methods: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted on 240 women referring to health centers of Tehran Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2013. Data collection tool was Female Sexual Function Index and demographic characteristic questionnaire. Data was analyzed using d SPSS software (version 16), and independent t test. PResults: Mean age of women using OCP was 29.57 ± 5.42 and women using condom 29.23± 5.41 years. No difference was observed between demographic characteristics, sexual function and their dimensions between OCP and Condom groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion: OCP didn’t cause sexual dysfunction but their effects cannot be ignored because sexual function is influenced by several factors.
