ارتباط علائم پیرامون قاعدگی با نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی در دختران دانش آموز دبیرستانی شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی 91-1390

چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از مهم ترین عوامل پیشگویی کننده علائم قاعدگی، نگرش افراد نسبت به قاعدگی است که در فرهنگ ها و جوامع مختلف متفاوت می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط علائم پیرامون قاعدگی با نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی در دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستانی شهر مشهد انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه از نوع همبستگی است که در سال 1390 بر روی 407 دانش آموز دختر از دبیرستان های شهر مشهد که شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشتند، به روش نمونه گیری احتمالی دو مرحله ای انجام شد. افراد مورد مطالعه پرسشنامه های مربوط به مشخصات فردی، مشخصات قاعدگی، شیوه زندگی و نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی و پرسشنامه علائم قاعدگی را در طول سه مرحله از قاعدگی (یک هفته قبل از قاعدگی، دوران خونریزی قاعدگی و یک هفته بعد از قاعدگی) تکمیل کردند. داده ها پس از گردآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 14) و آزمون های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی دانشجویی، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و مدل رگرسیون خطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: 74 درصد از دانش آموزان علائم پیش از قاعدگی، 1/94 درصد علائم دوران خونریزی قاعدگی و 8/40 درصد علائم بعد از قاعدگی را گزارش کردند. 8/24 درصد از دانش آموزان قاعدگی را به عنوان واقعه ای توان فرسا، 28 درصد مزاحم، 3/12 درصد طبیعی، 27 درصد قابل پیش بینی و 5/14 درصد بی اثر معرفی کردند. علاوه بر این، بر اساس آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، علائم پیرامون قاعدگی با تمام ابعاد نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی همبستگی معنی داری داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: علائم پیرامون قاعدگی با تمام ابعاد نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی ارتباط معنی داری دارد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Menstrual attitude is one of the important factors predicting menstrual symptoms which vary among different cultures and countries. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between menstrual symptoms and menstrual attitude in high school girls in Mashhad.
Methods: This correlational study was conducted on 407 high-school girls in Mashhad through a two stage sampling method in year 2011. Participants completed questionnaires including demographic and menstrual characteristics, lifestyle and menstrual attitude and menstrual symptoms questionnaires during the three phases of the menstrual cycle (a week before menstrual period, menstrual bleeding period and weeks after menstruation). Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 14 and statistical tests such as Pearson correlation coefficient test, independent T-student, ANOVA and linear regression.
Results: 74% of students reported premenstrual symptoms, 94.1% menstrual symptoms and 40.8% postmenstrual symptoms. 24.8% of students agreed that menstruation was a troublous event, 28% a bothersome event; 12.3% a natural event, 27% a predictable event and 14.5% evaluated it as neutral. There was also the Pearson correlation coefficient test showed there was a significant correlation between perimenstrual symptoms and all dimensions of the menstrual attitude.
Conclusion: Perimenstrual symptoms have significant correlation with all dimensions of the menstrual attitude.
