بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر تغییرات فعالیت جنسی در بارداری

چکیده

مقدمه: بارداری با تغییرات فیزیکی و روانشناختی عمیقی در زندگی هر زن همراه است که این تغییرات بر روی کلیه
ابعاد زندگی زنان از جمله روابط جنسی زوجین تأثیرگذار می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر
تغییرات فعالیت جنسی در دوران بارداری انجام شد.
روشکار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی در عرصه همراه با گروه کنترل بود که در سال 1390 بر روی مادران باردار
مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی عظیما و باغزندان شهرستان شاهرود، که دارای پرونده بهداشتی بودند، انجام
شد. 87 زن باردار انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (41 نفر) و مداخله (46 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزار
گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی و تغییرات فعالیت جنسی در بارداری بود. داده ها پس از
گردآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های من ویتنی و کای دو و ویلکاکسون مورد
تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. میزان p کمتر از 0/05 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: در گروه مداخله قبل از آموزش، 23 نفر (50%) از زنان از نظر رضایت از روابط جنسی در حد متوسط، 13
نفر (28/3%) خوب و 10 نفر (21/7%) ضعیف بودند. زنان دو گروه در شروع مطالعه از نظر رضایت از روابط جنسی
تقریباً یکسان بودند. دو ماه پس از انجام مداخله، 25 نفر (54/3%) از زنان گروه مداخله از نظر رضایت از روابط جنسی
در حد خوب، 18 نفر (39/1%) در حد متوسط و 3 نفر (6/5%) ضعیف بودند. بر اساس آزمون های آماری، میزان
رضایت از روابط جنسی زنان شرکت کننده در گروه مداخله پس از مداخله بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (p=0/016).
نتیجهگیری: آموزش جنسی بر رضایت زنان از روابط جنسی تأثیری مثبت دارد و باعث افزایش رضایت مندی زنان از
روابط جنسی در بارداری می شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Pregnancy accompanies physical and psychological alternations during woman's life. These changes effluence the overall dimensions of couple’s life especially sexual relation. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of teaching on sexual-activity changes during pregnancy.
Methods: This was a field trial study with control group which was held on pregnant women referred to Azima and Baghzandan health center of Shahrod City in 2011. 87 pregnant women were selected and randomly assigned to one of trial or control group (46 pregnant women in intervention group and 41 in control group). Data-collecting tools were included sexual-activity changes and demographic Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 16, Mann-Whitney test, chi-square and Wilcoxon. P value was considered significant lower than 0.05.
Results: Findings showed that at the beginning of the study 50 % (23) of women in education group had moderate, 28.3% (13) had good and 21.7% (10) had weak sexual satisfaction. At the beginning of the research, women of both groups had almost the same sexual satisfaction. Two months later after intervention, 54.3% (25) of women in intervention group had well, 39.1% (18) moderate and 6.5% (3) weak sexual satisfaction. After intervention, statistical tests showed that sexual satisfaction of women in intervention group was more than the control group. (p=0.016)
Conclusion: Findings indicated that sexual teaching had a positive effect on the sexual satisfaction and increased pregnant women’s sexual satisfaction.
