بررسی شیوع آنتی ژن سطحی هپاتیت B و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهرستان آق قلا در سال های 91-1389

چکیده

مقدمه: آلودگی مادر به ویروس‌های هپاتیت HBV می‌تواند نوزاد را در معرض ابتلاء بعدی به هپاتیت مزمن قرار دهد و از طرفی شیوع هپاتیت با عوامل اقتصادی - اجتماعی و بهداشتی مردم یک منطقه مرتبط می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سروپروالانس آنتی ژن سطحی هپاتیت B و ارتباط آن با برخی عوامل مؤثر در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهرستان آق قلا انجام شد.
روش کار: دراین مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی و مقطعی، 1057 مادر باردار شهرستان آق قلا در طی دو سال 91-1389 از نظر شیوع HBsAg مثبت مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ثبت اطلاعات در پرسشنامه همراه با نمونه خون تهیه شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های کای اسکوئر، فیشر و تی تست انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: از کل زنان باردار، 17 نفر (6/1%) آنتی ژن مثبت بودند. بیش‌ترین درصد مربوط به قومیت ترکمن و سیستانی و ساکن روستا بودند. بین قومیت و خالکوبی و سابقه زردی با هپاتیت B ارتباط آماری معناداری وجود داشت (05/0>p)، اما بین متغیرهای سن، شغل، محل سکونت، میزان تحصیلات، سابقه جراحی، سابقه جراحی دندان، اعتیاد خود و همسر و انتقال خون ارتباط آماری معنی داری وجود نداشت (05/0<p).
نتیجه گیری:شیوع هپاتیت B در شهرستان آق قلا تا حدودی بالا و ضرورت غربالگری و درمان آن مطرح می شود. بنابراین باید آزمایشاتی جهت جستجوی ویروس هپاتیت B دردوران پری ناتال به عنوان یکی از آزمایشات روتین انجام شود..

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The mother's infection to HBV viruses can expose the baby to the risk of next infection to chronic hepatitis, on the other hand, the prevalence of hepatitis is related to the health and socio-economic factors of the people in an area.This study was performed with aim to determine the seroprevalence of HbsAg+ and its relation with some effective factors in pregnant women referred to health centers of Agh-Ghala city.
Methods: In this descriptive, and cross-sectional study, 1057 pregnant women were studied during two years of 2010 until 2012 in terms of prevalence of HbsAg+ in Agh-Ghala city. Data was recorded in the questionnaire with blood samples. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software (version 16) and Fisher, Chi-square, and T-Test. P< 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Results: Among total women, HBsAg was found positive in 17 (1.6%) pregnant women. Most percentage was related to the Turkmen and Sistani and rural areas. There was significant relationship between ethnicity and tattoos and history of jaundice with hepatitis B (P<0.05). But, no significant relationship was found between the age, job, place of residence, education, history of surgery and dental surgery, addiction of the subjects and their husbands and blood transfusion (P>0.05).
Conclusions: The prevalence of hepatitis B is somewhat high in Agh-Ghala city and suggests the need for screening and treatment. Therefore, tests must be performed as one of the routine tests for searching hepatitis B virus during the perinatal period.
