مقایسه خشنودی زناشویی در زوجین بارور و نابارور و رابطه آن با مشکلات جنسی

چکیده

مقدمه:ناباروری به عنوان یک بحران در زندگی مشترک، نه تنها مشکلات روانشناختی را به وجود می آورد، بلکه می تواند به عنوان یک ضربه پرقدرت بر علیه روابط بین زوج عمل کند. ناباروری در اغلب موارد تأثیر عمیقی بر روابط جنسی زوج می گذارد. با توجه به تفاوت در نتایج مطالعات موجود در مورد تأثیر ناباروری بر روابط زناشویی و جنسی، مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه خشنودی زناشویی زوجین بارور و نابارور و بررسی رابطه آن با مشکلات جنسی انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1392 بر روی 110 زوج نابارور و 110 زوج بارور مراجعه کننده به مرکز ناباروری منتصریه و مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی پنج گانه شهر مشهد انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی، پرسشنامه خشنودی زناشویی آذرین ناتان اچ و پرسشنامه گلومبوک- راست بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های من ویتنی، کای اسکوئر، کروسکال والیس و همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن انجام شد. p کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها:میانگین نمره خشنودی زناشویی در زنان بارور و نابارور به ترتیب 9/12±4/64 و 5/12±2/65 و در مردان بارور و نابارور به ترتیب 0/11±4/67 و 9/10±7/66 بود که میزان آن در هر 2 گروه در سطح متوسط بود. بر اساس نتایج آزمون من ویتنی بین زوجین بارور و نابارور از نظر نمره خشنودی زناشویی تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود نداشت (45/0=p). بین خشنودی زناشویی با مشکلات جنسی زوجین در هر دو گروه همبستگی معنادار و معکوسی وجود داشت (0001/0 p<، 35/0-r₌)
نتیجه گیری:با توجه به ارتباط بین خشنودی زناشویی با مشکلات جنسی زوجین، به نظر می رسد کاربرد رویکردهایی به منظور شناسایی و درمان مشکلات جنسی زوجین جهت افزایش خشنودی زناشویی در مراکز بهداشتی و مراکز ناباروری ضرورت داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Infertility as a crisis in couples' life, not only creates psychological problems, but also, it can act as a powerful impact on the relationships between couples. In many cases, infertility affects a great impact on couples' sexual relationships. According to different results of studies about the effect of infertility on marital and sexual relationships, this study was performed with aim to compare marital satisfaction in fertile and infertile couples and evaluation of its relationship with sexual problems.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 110 infertile and 110 fertile couples referred to Montaserieh Infertility Center and five Health-Medical centers in Mashhad in 2013. Data collection tools included personal characteristic questionnaire, Nathan H. Azrin marital satisfaction and Glombok-Rust questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 16) and Mann-Whitney, Chi-square, Kruskal-Wallis, Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient tests. PResults: The mean score of marital satisfaction in fertile and infertile women was 64.4±12.9, 65.2±12.5, respectively that was in moderate level in both groups. According to the results of Mann-Whitney test, there was no significant difference in the marital satisfaction score in fertile and infertile couples (P=0.45). There was a significant inverse correlation between marital satisfaction with sexual problems in both groups (r=-0.35, p<0.0001).
Conclusion: Regarding the relationship between marital satisfaction and sexual problems, it seems that use of the approaches to identify and treat sexual problems is required in health and infertility centers to increase marital satisfaction.
