بررسی اختلالات عملکرد جنسی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان تخمدان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های قائم (عج) و امید شهر مشهد

چکیده

مقدمه: سرطان های ژنیکولوژیک می توانند اثرات عمیقی بر عملکرد زندگی زنان داشته باشند. در زنان مبتلا به سرطان تخمدان، درمان باعث تغییراتی در آناتومی کارکرد واژن می شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اختلالات عملکرد جنسی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان تخمدان انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی طی سال های 1388 تا 1392 بر روی 210 نفر از زنان مبتلا به سرطان تخمدان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های قائم و امید مشهد و 130 نفر از افراد سالم که از نظر سنی با گروه بیماران همخوانی داشتند انجام شد. افراد فرم پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی را از طریق پرسشگری مستقل تکمیل کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 5/16) انجام شد. 05/0>p معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: 9/31% بیماران در دهه 5 عمر بوده و میانگین سنی 48/15 سال داشتند. بر اساس نتایج آزمون پیرسون، شیوع اختلال عملکرد جنسی در افراد مبتلا به سرطان تخمدان 7/85% و در افراد سالم 9/52% بود که این اختلاف معنادار بود (001/0>p).
نتیجه گیری: اختلالات جنسی در مبتلایان به سرطان در مقایسه با گروه سالم شیوع بالایی دارد.اختلال در موارد تهییج و میل جنسی، رطوبت مهبلی، ارگاسم و درد هنگام مقاربت شیوع بیشتری داشت.

Introduction: Gynecologic cancers can have profound effects on function of women's life. In women with ovarian cancer, treatment leads to changes in the anatomy and function of the vagina. This study was performed with aim to evaluate sexual dysfunction in women with ovarian cancer.
Methods:This cross-sectional study was performed on 210 women with ovarian cancer admitted to Mashhad Ghaem and Omid hospitals and 130 healthy women who were matched with our patients in terms of age from 2009 to 2013. The subjects completed the form of sexual function questionnaire (FSFI) through an independent inquiry. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 16.5). PResults: 31.9% of patients were within 5 decades of life and had mean age of 48.15 years. According to Pearson test, the prevalence of sexual dysfunction was 85.7% in patients with ovarian cancer and 52.9% in healthy women that the difference was significant (P< 0.001).
Conclusion: Sexual dysfunction is more prevalent in patients with cancer compared to healthy subjects. Disorders were highly prevalent in the excitement and libido, vaginal moisture, orgasm and pain during intercourse.
