سطح شادمانی در بارداری و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان باردار شهرستان مشهد در سال 1392

چکیده

مقدمه: شادمانی، یکی از معیارهای سلامت روان بوده و به قضاوت فرد از مطلوبیت زندگی اش اطلاق می گردد. بارداری تجربه ای است که باعث تغییرات جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی زیادی می شود اما می تواند تظاهری از احساس خود شکوفایی و تثبیت هویت زنانه بوده و باعث افزایش شادمانی شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح شادمانی در بارداری و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه همبستگی در سال 92-1391 بر روی 300 زن بارداری که جهت مراقبت های دوران بارداری به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر مشهد مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. افراد پرسشنامه های مشخصات فردی- اجتماعی، سوابق طبی- مامایی، سبک زندگی، شادمانی آکسفورد و ویژگی های شخصیتی نئو NEO-FFIرا تکمیل کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های کراسکال والیس، من ویتنی، آنالیز واریانس، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و پیرسون انجام شد. میزان pکمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: فراوانی شادمانی سطح پایین 3/11%، متوسط 4/72% و شادمانی بالا 3/16% بود. شادمانی با وضعیت اشتغال (01/0>p)، ورزش (001/0>p)، تفریح (05/0>p)، مدت امور مذهبی (001/0>p)، روان رنجوری (001/0<p) و برون گرایی (001/0<p) ارتباط داشت.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت عواطف مثبتی چون شادمانی در سلامت روان و ارتباط آن با عوامل متعدد، برنامه ریزی جهت ارتقاء عوامل مرتبط با آن در بارداری توصیه می شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Happiness is one of the mental health criteria which is defined as the individuals' judgment from life desirability. Pregnancy is an experience which causes several physical and psychosocial changes, but can be as the manifests of self-actualization feeling and stabilization of feminine identity, and can increase happiness. This study was performed with aim to determine level of happiness and its related factors during pregnancy.
Methods: This correlation study was performed on 300 pregnant women who had referred to Mashhad health-medical centers for receiving pregnancy care. They completed the questionnaire of demographic and social characteristics, medical-midwifery history, lifestyle, Oxford happiness and demographic characteristics of NEO-FFI. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 16) and using Kruskal Wallis, Mann Whitney, Spearman and Pearson correlation coefficient. PResults: Frequency of how level of happiness was 11.3%, moderate level 72.5% and high level 16.2%. Happiness was significantly related to job status (P<0.01), exercise (P<0.001), recreation (P<0.05), duration of religious affords (P<0.001), neurosis (P<0.001) and extroversity (P<0.001).
Conclusion: Considering the importance of positive emotions such as happiness in mental health and its relation with various factors, it is recommended to plan for promoting its related factors during pregnancy.
