سبک زندگی و ارتباط آن با نتایج بارداری در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های آموزشی تبریز

چکیده

مقدمه: سبک زندگی، یکی از عوامل مهمی است که سلامتی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. سلامت و پیشرفت هر جامعه تا حدود زیادی بر سلامت زنان استوار است و بارداری و زایمان، تأثیر چشمگیری بر سلامت و بهداشت زنان دارد و از شاخص های مهم سلامت ملی محسوب می‌شود. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی سبک زندگی زنان باردار و ارتباط آن با نتایج بارداری در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز آموزشی شهر تبریز انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه همبستگی توصیفی در سال 1388 بر روی 385 زن باردار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های الزهراء و طالقانی تبریز انجام شد. افراد به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر سه بخش مشخصات فردی - اجتماعی، سبک زندگی و نتایج بارداری انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 11) و آزمون های آماری آنووا، همبستگی پیرسون و تی تستموردتجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ‌ها: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، سبک زندگی 172 نفر (7/44%) از زنان باردار متوسط و 213 نفر (3/55%) خوب بود، تنها در بعد ورزش وضعیت ضعیف و در بقیه ابعاد اکثراً وضعیت خوب مشاهده شد. بین سبک زندگی و وزن نوزاد ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت (006/0=p). بر اساس نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، ارتباط بین ورزش و سن بارداری (046/0=p و 1/0=r) و نیز ارتباط بین تغذیه با وزن نوزاد و سن بارداری (به ترتیب با 005/0=p و 033/0=p) معنی‌دار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته ‌های پژوهش مبنی بر وضعیت ضعیف بعد ورزش و وضعیت متوسط سبک زندگی افراد، جهت کمک به ارتقاء سلامت زنان در دوران بارداری و بهبود نتایج حاملگی به آموزش سبک زندگی سالم از سوی مراقبین بهداشتی در این دوران توصیه می‌شود.

Introduction: Lifestyle is as an important factor influencing on the health. Each society's health and development is based on women's health, and pregnancy and delivery have important effects on women's health and hygiene; and it is considered as an important scale of national health. Therefore, this study was performed with the aim to evaluate lifestyle and its relation with pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women referred to Tabriz Teaching hospitals.
Methods: This correlation- descriptive study was performed on 385 pregnant women referred to Alzahra and Taleghani hospitals in Tabriz in 2009. The subjects were selected by accessible method. Data collection was performed by a questionnaire consisted of 3 sections of demographic and social characteristic, lifestyle and pregnancy outcomes. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 11) and statistical tests of ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and T-tests. PResults:According to theresults of the study, 172 pregnant women (44.7%) had moderate lifestyle and 213 (55.3%) had good lifestyle that weak situation was observed only in dimension of exercise and in other dimensions, the good situation was observed. There was significant relation between lifestyle and newborn's weight (P=0.006). According to the result of Pearson Correlation test, there was significant relation between exercise and gestational age (r=0.1, P=0.046),and also between nutrition and newborn's weight and gestational age by turn (P=0.005, P=0.033, respectively).
Conclusion: According to the results of study based on weak situation in exercise dimension and moderate situation of lifestyle, teaching healthy lifestyle during pregnancy by health care-givers is recommended for increasing the women's health during pregnancy and improving pregnancy outcomes.
