بررسی ارتباط بین میزان فعالیت فیزیکی و شدت علائم یائسگی در زنان یائسه شهر اهواز

چکیده

مقدمه: یائسگی مرحله‌ای از زندگی است که توقف دائمی قاعدگی به دلیل از دست دادن فعالیت فولیکول‌های تخمدانی رخ می‌دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان فعالیت فیزیکی و ارتباط آن با شدت علائم یائسگی انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1392 بر روی 600 زن یائسه انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت خوشه‌ای انجام شد. اطلاعات مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ویژگی های فردی (سن، تحصیلات، شغل، وضعیت اقتصادی اجتماعی، وضعیت تأهل، تعداد بارداری)، پرسشنامه بین المللی فعالیت فیزیکی و پرسشنامه استاندارد علائم یائسگی جمع آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 21) و آزمون های کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 01/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته و همزمان (05/0>p) نیز بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: بیشترین شکایت افراد از علائم یائسگی در مقیاس متوسط، شدید و خیلی شدید مربوط به اختلالات خواب (39%)، درد عضلانی (5/42%) و گرگرفتگی (2/23%) بود. انجام کار روزانه، حمل و نقل و اوقات فراغت با گرگرفتگی، ناراحتی های قلبی، اختلالات خواب، افسردگی، کاهش میل جنسی، بی اختیاری، خشکی واژن و درد عضلانی ارتباط معکوس و امور مرتبط با کار منزل نیز با ناراحتی های قلبی و درد عضلانی ارتباط معکوس و معنی داری داشت (05/0>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: ورزش در تثبیت گردش خون طبیعی و سایر فعالیت‌های فیزیولوژیک بدن در دوران یائسگی نقش بسیار مهمی دارد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Menopause is a period of life that a permanent cessation of menstruation occurs due to loss of ovarian follicular activity. This study was done to determine the level of physical activity and its relationship with the severity of menopausal symptoms.
Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted on 600 menopause women in 2013. Cases were selected randomly through cluster sampling method. Data were gathered based on a self-made questionnaire on demographic characteristics(Age, education, occupation, socioeconomic status, marital status, and number of pregnancies), international physical activity questionnaire and menopausal symptoms. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 21andKolmogorov-Smirnovand Spearman correlation coefficient tests. P value less than 0.01 was considered significant and p value less than 0.05 was also synchronous.
Results: Most women complained of menopausal symptoms in moderate, severe and very severe scales were sleep disorders (39%), myalgia (42.5%) and flushing (23.2%). Daily work, transportation and leisure showed inverse association with hot flashes, heart problems, sleep disorders, depression, decreased libido, incontinence, vaginal dryness and muscle pain and working at home was also showed significant inverse association with heart problems and muscle pain (p<0.05).
Conclusion: Exercise is very important to stabilize the natural circulation and other physiological activities in postmenopausal women.
