بررسی رابطه بین ابعاد کمال گرایی با عملکرد جنسی زنان نابارور

چکیده
مقدمه: ناباروری با استرس فیزیکی و روان شناختی و نیز کمال گرایی اغلب با خود ارزیابی های انتقادی همراه است. بنابراین هر دوی این مؤلفه ها با افزایش استرس، باعث اختلالاتی در عملکرد جنسی می شوند. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه کمال گرایی با عملکرد جنسی زنان نابارور شهر مشهد انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه همبستگی- توصیفی در سال91 بر روی 200 زن نابارور مراجعه کننده به مراکز ناباروری مشهد انجام شد. افراد به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. افراد با استفاده از مقیاس کمال گرایی (MPS) و پرسشنامه شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان (FSFI) مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و روش های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 001/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: بین ابعاد کمال گرایی (خودمدار، دیگرمدار و جامعه مدار) با عملکرد جنسی زنان نابارور، ارتباط منفی و معناداری وجود داشت (001/0>p)؛ یعنی هرچه میزان کمال گرایی افزایش یابد، میزان عملکرد جنسی در زنان نابارور کاهش می یابد. در تعامل ابعاد کمال گرایی، کمال گرایی جامعه مدار پیش بینی کننده معنادارتری برای عملکرد جنسی بود (014/0=p).
نتیجه گیری: ابعاد کمال گرایی به خصوص جامعه مدار باعث می شود تا زنان نابارور علاوه بر استرس هایی که به دلیل ناباروری خود تحمل می کنند، تحت تأثیر تنش افزونی به دلیل افکار کمال گرایانه خود قرار گیرند. بنابراین اضطراب بیشتر، منجر به افت عملکرد جنسی آن ها می شود.

Introduction: Infertility is accompanied by physical and psychosocial stress and perfectionism is accompanied by overly critical self and others' evaluations. So, these two factors may cause sexual disorders by increasing the stress. The main aim of this study was to determine the relationship between perfectionism and sexual function of infertile women in Mashhad, Iran.
Methods: This correlation-descriptive study was conducted in 2012 on 200 infertile women were selected by availability sampling method from infertility centers of Mashhad, Iran. Women were examined with multiple perfectionism scale (MPS) and Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI). Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 16, regression analysis and Pearson correlation tests. P value less than 0.001 was considered significant.
Results: The different aspects of perfectionism (self-oriented, other-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism) had significant negative relationship with sexual function in infertile women (p<0.001); the more perfectionism make less sexual function in infertile women. In addition among of different aspects of perfectionism, socially prescribed perfectionism has more significant relationship with sexual function (p=0.014).
Conclusion: Different aspects of perfectionism, especially socially prescribed perfectionism lead infertile women to have more stress and the stress threatens women’s sexual function.
