بررسی تأثیر درمان شناختی- رفتاری گروهی بر افسردگی زنان نابارور

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع ناباروری در جامعه و مشکلات روان شناختی ناشی از آن مانند افسردگی و اضطراب که بر زندگی افراد نابارور تأثیرگذار است، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر درمان شناختی رفتاری بر افسردگی زنان نابارور انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه مداخله‌ای در سال 1390 بر روی 30 زن نابارور مراجعه ‌کننده به بیمارستان ناباروری منتصریه شهر مشهد انجام شد و بیماران پرسش‌نامه‌ افسردگی بک و همیلتون را تکمیل کردند. سپس به دوگروه کنترل و آزمون تقسیم شدند و برای گروه آزمون 10 جلسه درمان هفتگی درمان شناختی رفتاری (CBT) اجرا شد. تمام افراد در پس ‌آزمون، مجدداً پرسش‌نامه‌های افسردگی بک و هامیلتون را تکمیل کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 5/11) و آزمون کوواریانس انجام شد. سطح معنی داری کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گفته شد.
یافته‌ها: روشCBT بر افسردگی زنان نابارور گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، تأثیر معنی‌داری داشت (001/0p<، 37/35=F ).
نتیجه‌گیری: درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی بر بهبود افسردگی و کاهش مشکلات روان‌شناختی زنان نابارور مؤثر است.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: According to the prevalence of infertility and psychological problems such as depression and anxiety that affect the life in infertile individuals, this study investigated the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) on depression in infertile women.
Methods: In this interventional study in 2011, 30 cases of infertile women referred to Montaseriyeh Infertility Hospital in Mashhad. They fulfilled Beck and Hamilton Depression Inventories. Then they were divided into two groups of case and control. For experimental group, 10 weekly sessions of group CBT was performed. All of cases fulfilled Beck and Hamilton Depression inventories for post-test. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 11.5 and covariance analysis. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant.
Results: Cognitive behavioral therapy had a significant effect on depression in cases compare to controls (F=35.37, p<0.001).
Conclusion: Group cognitive behavioral therapyis effective in reduction of depression and psychological problems among infertile women.
