چکیده

مقدمه: نقص اسکار سزارین (ایسموسل) یکی از عوارض رایج پس از سزارین است که می‌تواند مشکلاتی مانند لکه‌بینی و درد لگنی ایجاد کند. بخیه‌ها و نوع نخ نقش مهمی در بهبود زخم‌ها دارند. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تأثیر دو نوع نخ جراحی، ویکریل و کرومیک، بر تشکیل ایسموسل پس از سزارین انجام شد.

روش کار: این کارآزمایی بالینی یک سویه کور بر روی 170 زن با بارداری ترم تک قلو که سابقه سزارین قبلی نداشتند در بیمارستان کوثر قزوین در سال 1402 انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه استفاده کننده از نخ کروم و ویکریل برای بستن برش رحمی تقسیم شدند. سه ماه بعد از سزارین تمامی زنان تحت سونوگرافی واژینال قرار گرفته و اطلاعات لازم ثبت گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل‌ داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS) نسخه 24) و آزمون تی تست، من‌ویتنی و کای اسکوئر انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.

یافته ها: 96/1 درصد زنان سزارین شده با نخ ویکریل و 98/7 درصد زنان سزارین شده با نخ کروم دچار ایسموسل شدند . همچنین 1/3 درصد زنان سزارین شده با نخ ویکریل و 9/2درصد زنان سزارین شده با نخ کروم دچار لکه بینی شدند.

نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه ی حاضر نشان داد که نخ ویکریل می تواند باعث کاهش عوارض در زنان شود، ولی در مطالعه ما تفاوتی از لحاظ ایجاد ایسموسل و سایز آن بین استفاده از نخ کروم و ویکریل مشاهده نشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Cesarean section scar defect (isthmocele) is a common complication after cesarean section that can cause problems such as spotting and pelvic pain. Sutures and suture type play an important role in wound healing. This study aimed to compare the effect of two types of surgical sutures, Vicryl and chromic, on the formation of isthmocele after cesarean section.

Methods: This single-blind clinical trial was conducted on 170 women with singleton pregnancies who had no previous cesarean section history at Kowsar Hospital, Qazvin in 1402. Participants were randomly divided into two groups using chromic and Vicryl sutures to close the uterine incision. Three months after cesarean section, all women underwent vaginal ultrasound and the necessary information was recorded. Data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software (version 24) and the t-test, Mann-Whitney, and chi-square tests. A p value of less than 0.05 was considered significant.

Findings: 96.1% of women who underwent cesarean section with Vicryl suture and 98.7% of women who underwent cesarean section with chromiuc suture developed isthmocele. Also, 3.1% of women who underwent cesarean section with Vicryl suture and 9.2% of women who underwent cesarean section with chromic suture developed spotting. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that Vicryl suture can reduce complications in women, but in our study, no difference was observed in terms of isthmocele formation and its size between the use of chromic and Vicryl sutures.
