تأثیر جراحی ترمیمی زیبایی اندام جنسی (کلپورافی) بر بهبود رضایت جنسی در زنان متأهل

چکیده

مقدمه: عدم رضایت جنسی، یک مشکل شایع در زنانی است که پرولاپس اعضای لگنی دارند؛ به‌طوری‌که کیفیت زندگی و آنها را متأثر می‌سازد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر جراحی زیبایی اندام جنسی (کولپورافی) بر بهبود رضایت جنسی در زنان متأهل انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی شاهد‌دار تصادفی در سال‌های 95-1394 بر روی 30 نفر از زنان مبتلا به سیستوسل و رکتوسل اقدام‌کننده به کلپورافی ترمیمی اندام جنسی قبل و بعد از عمل از لحاظ رضایت جنسی در شهرستان سرخس انجام شد. برای گردآوری داده‌های مربوط به میزان رضایت جنسی بیماران بعد از عمل جراحی از­ پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی لارسون استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون‌ تی مستقل انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج آزمون تی مستقل، عمل جراحی زیبایی ترمیمی اندام جنسی (کولپورافی) بر بهبود رضایت جنسی در زنان متأهل تأثیرگذار بود (001/0p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه جراحی زیبایی ترمیمی اندام جنسی باعث بهبود رضایت جنسی می‌شود، اما بهتر است این جراحی فقط برای اهداف درمانی و در موارد علائم شدید استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Sexual dissatisfaction is a common problem in women with pelvic organ prolapse which affects the quality of life. This study was performed with aim to evaluate the effect of cosmetic reconstructive surgery (colporrhaphy) on improving sexual satisfaction in married women.
Methods: This randomized controlled clinical trial study was carried out on 30 women before and after undergoing cosmetic reconstructive surgery in terms of sexual satisfaction between 2015 and 2016 in Sarakhs. The Larson Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire was used to collect data related to the patients' sexual satisfaction after surgery. Data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software (version 16) and independent t-tests. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Results: The results of independent t-test showed that cosmetic reconstructive surgery (colporrhaphy) was effective on improving sexual satisfaction in married women )p <0.001).
Conclusion: Although cosmetic reconstructive surgery improves sexual satisfaction, it is better to use this surgery only for therapeutic purposes and in cases of severe symptoms.
