چکیده
مقدمه: بارداری، شیردهی، مراقبت از فرزند و اشتغال از جمله عواملی هستند که روابط جنسی زنان را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین تجارب جنسی زنان در دوران بارداری و شیردهی انجام شد.
روش‌کار: در این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی، رفتار جنسی مادران در دوران بارداری و شیردهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 30 مادر شیرده دارای کودک 24-4 ماهه بر اساس نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف در مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری داده ها از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار استفاده شد. مادران در یک گفتمان تعاملی، تجربیات جنسی خود را در بارداری و شیردهی مطرح کردند. مصاحبه ها ضبط، دست نویس، کدگذاری و طبقه بندی شد و بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی آنالیز شدند.
یافته‌ها: از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، یک مضمون اصلی "تغییر در رفتارهای جنسی" و 4 مضمون فرعی "کم شدن میل جنسی، از دست دادن خلوت، وظایف مادری، رعایت همسر" استخراج شد. زوجین در این دوران، محور توجه خود را به جنین، شیردهی و نوزاد معطوف کردند. تغییر در تعاملات جنسی، خدشه ای بر روابط زوجین به وجود نیاورد.
نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجایی که محوریت توجه مادران در دوران بارداری و شیردهی بر جنین، شیردهی و نوزاد بود، کاهش فعالیت های جنسی، روابط زوجین و کیفیت زندگی را مختل نساخت.

Introduction: Pregnancy, breast feeding, child care and occupation are the factors that can affect sexual relationships. The aim of this study was exploring women’s sexual experiences during pregnancy and breast feeding.
Methods: In this qualitative study, women’s sexual experiences during pregnancy and breast feeding were investigated. Using purposeful sampling, 30 mothers who had a child, 4-24 months old included in the study. Data were collected by semi-structured individual interviews and the participants were questioned about sex issues experienced during pregnancy and breast feeding periods. All of the interviews were recorded, transcribed verbatim and analyzed using qualitative content analysis methods.
Results: The main theme "change in sexual behavior" and sub-themes "loss of libido, loss of privacy, maternal tasks, and respect the wife's needs" emerged from this study. Couples in this period, focused their attention to the fetus, breast feeding and newborn. Changes in sexual relations did not have negative effects on couple's relationship.
Conclusion: According to mothers’ focus was on fetus, breast feeding and newborn, decline in sex activity had no effect on couple's relationship and their quality of life.
