چکیده
مقدمه: ناباروری، سلامت روانی زوجین نابارور را تهدید میکند. جامعه باید نسبت به کاشته شدن رویانی که حاصل لقاح آزمایشگاهی است در رحم حامل به عنوان یک روش درمانی، آگاهی لازم را داشته باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دانش و نگرش بیماران بیمارستان مصطفی خمینی (ره) در مورد رحم حامل به عنوان یک روش درمانی انجام شد.
روشکار: این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی در سال 1395 بر روی 216 نفر از بیماران مراجعهکننده به بیمارستان مصطفی خمینی (ره) انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه دو بخشی محقق ساخته بود که بخش اول سؤالات جمعیت شناسی و بخش دوم سؤالات مربوط به تعیین دانش و نگرش بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمونهای آماری همبستگی، تی مستقل، من ویتنی، کروسکال والیس و آنالیز واریانس انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: 185 نفر (6/85%) بیان داشتند در مورد رحم حامل اطلاعاتی دارند، درحالیکه بر اساس نتایج، تنها 31 نفر (8/14%) دانش خوب و خیلی خوب داشتند. 99 نفر (5/43%) هیچگونه نگرش شرعی در مورد این روش نداشتند. نگرش 90 نفر (7/41%) نسبت به اولویت اجاره رحم از فامیل و دوستان منفی بود. 144 نفر (7/66%) موافق حمایت بیمهها بودند. بر اساس آزمون تی، میانگین نگرش زنان و مردان متفاوت نبود. بر اساس آزمون آنالیز واریانس، بین نگرش افراد در گروههای تحصیلی اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت (04/0=p).
نتیجهگیری: نگرش بیشتر افراد نسبت به طرح مسائل عاطفی، قانونی و شرعی رحم حامل، منفی بود ولی نگرش آنها نسبت به حل مشکلات و هزینههای مالی و حمایت بیمهها مثبت بود.

چکیده English
Introduction: Infertility threatens the mental health of infertile couples. Society should have sufficient knowledge of the implanted embryo resulted of in vitro fertilization in the surrogacy as a therapy method. This study was performed with aim to determine the knowledge and attitude of patients in Mostafa Khomeini hospital on the use of surrogacy as a treatment method.
Methods: This cross-sectional and analytic study was performed on 216 patients referred to Mostafa Khomeini Hospital in 2016. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of two parts: the first part was demographic questions and the second part included the questions about knowledge and attitude. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 16) and statistical tests of correlation test, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal wallis and ANOVA. PResults: 185 subjects (85.6%) stated that they have information about surrogacy. While according to the results, only 31 subjects (14.8%) had good and very good knowledge of surrogacy. 99 subjects (43.5%) had no religious perception about this method. 90 (41.7%) had negative attitude to the priority of surrogacy from family and friends. 144 (66.7%) agreed about insurance protection. Independent t-test showed that the mean attitude of men and women was not different. ANOVA showed a significant difference between the attitudes of subjects in different educational groups (P=0.04).
Conclusion: Most people had negative attitude toward emotional, legal, and religious issues of surrogacy, but they had positive attitude to solve problems and financial costs and insurance support.
