تأثیر ناباروری بر اختلال عملکرد جنسی زنان: مقاله مروری

چکیده

مقدمه: ناباروری وضعیت پیچیده‌ای است که به اشکال مختلف، زندگی افراد و زوجین را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و باعث ایجاد اختلالات جدی در روابط زناشویی و جنسی آن‌ها می‌شود. ارتباط بین اختلال عملکرد جنسی و ناباروری می‌تواند دو طرفه باشد و از طرفی وجود اختلال در عملکرد جنسی باعث ایجاد ناباروری شود. مطالعه مروری حاضر با هدف بررسی عملکرد جنسی در زنان نابارور انجام شد.
روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک مقالات انگلیسی و فارسی مناسب و مرتبط از پایگاه‌های الکترونیکی Sid، Magiran، Google Scholar، Scopus و Pubmed  با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی ناباروری، اختلال عملکرد جنسی زنان، رضایت جنسی و رفتار جنسی از سال 2006 تا 2016 گردآوری شدند. از بین 196 مقاله مرتبط به‌دست آمده، در نهایت 24 مقاله در راستای اهداف مطالعه بودند که مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که ناباروری و روندهای تشخیصی و درمانی آن باعث اختلال عملکرد جنسی زنان شده و بر رضایت جنسی و زناشویی آن‌ها نیز تأثیر منفی دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: زنان نابارور دچار اختلال عملکرد بیشتری در روابط جنسی خود هستند، اما ارتباط متقابل ناباروری و اختلال عملکرد جنسی هنوز مورد بحث است و پیشنهاد می‌شود تحقیقات بیشتری در مورد روابط متقابل عملکرد جنسی در زوجین نابارور انجام شود.

Introduction: Infertility is a complex condition which affects the individuals and couples' life in different forms and causes serious problems in their marital and sexual relationship. The relationship between sexual dysfunction and infertility can be mutual and sexual dysfunction can cause infertility. This study was performed with aim to assess sexual dysfunction in infertile women.
Methods: In this review article, the related and appropriate article in Persian and English were collected from databases of PubMed, Scopus, Magiran, Google Scholar and SID using the keywords of infertility, female sexual dysfunction, sexual satisfaction, and sexual behavior from 2006 to 2016. Among 196 related articles, 24 article were included in final analysis.
Results: The results showed that infertility and its diagnosis and treatment causes female sexual dysfunction and has negative effect on their martial and sexual satisfaction.
Conclusion: The infertile women experience more dysfunction in their relationship, but the relationship between infertility and sexual dysfunction is still controversial; it is recommended that more researches be done about the relationship between sexual function and infertility in infertile couples.
