بررسی شیوع حاملگی ناخواسته و رابطه آن با کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت زنان باردار شهرستان ثلاث (استان کرمانشاه)- 1385

چکیده

مقدمه: حاملگی‌های ناخواسته از جمله عوامل موثر بر مرگ و میر مادران است که می‌تواند کیفیت زندگی زنان را متأثر سازد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی شیوع حاملگی ناخواسته و ارتباط آن با کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در زنان باردار انجام شد.
 
روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی روی زنان باردارکه به منظور انجام مراقبت‌های معمول دوران بارداری در فاصله بهمن تا اسفند ماه سال 1385 به مرکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر ثلاث باباجانی مراجعه کرده بودند انجام شد. با توجه به هدف مطالعه؛ دو پرسشنامه برای هر مادر باردار تکمیل گردید: پرسشنامه بررسی نوع حاملگی و پرسشنامه SF36 که جهت اندازه گیری کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت به کار می‌رود. داده‌ها پس از جمع آوری توسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 5/11) و با استفاده از آزمون آماری T-test، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
 
یافته‌ها: از زنان مورد مطالعه 2/40% حاملگی ناخواسته داشتند؛ که از این تعداد 7/15% ناخواسته زن، 8/7% ناخواسته شوهر و 7/16% ناخواسته هر دو بود. با استفاده از آزمون تی تست بین میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت با نوع حاملگی را ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد (0001/0<p). میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی در خرده مقیاس روانی و جسمانی در مادران با حاملگی ناخواسته، کمتر از مادران دارای حاملگی خواسته بود (0001/0<p).
 
نتیجه‌گیری: کاهش شیوع حاملگی‌های ناخواسته در شهر ثلاث کیفیت زندگی مادران را ارتقاء خواهد بخشید.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Unwanted pregnancies are among factors causing maternal mortality that can affect women's quality of life. This study was done to show the incidence of unwanted pregnancy and its relationship with health-related quality of life in pregnant women.
Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study enrolled all pregnant women who referred to health centers of Tazehabad urban _ rural health center during for routine prenatal care two month of January and February of 2007. According to the research aim, two questionnaires were completed for every pregnant woman: a questionnaire of pregnancy type and SF36 questionnaire to measure health-related quality of life. Data were analyzed with software of SPSS11.5 by using descriptive statistics and statistical analysis of T-test.
Results: In our study 40.2٪ women had unwanted pregnancy. In 15.7٪ pregnancy was unwanted by the couple, 7.8٪ unwanted pregnancy by husband and 16.7٪ unwanted pregnancy by the wife. T-test showed the relationship between the average scores of health-related quality of life and type of pregnancy was significant (p = 0.0001). Average scores of quality of life in mental and physical subscales of unwanted pregnancies were less than mothers with desired pregnancy (p=0.0001).
 
Conclusion: The decreased incidences of unwanted pregnancies would promote health-related quality of life in pregnant women.
