چکیده

مقدمه: آموزش جنسی، یکی از مسائل اساسی در ارتقای سلامت نوجوانان می­ باشد که همواره از نظر فرهنگی و اجتماعی با چالش‌هایی مواجه بوده است. در چنین بستری، تدوین یک چارچوب اخلاقی جامع، ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر به شمار می‌آید. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی چارچوب اخلاقی پیرامون آموزش جنسی برای نوجوانان انجام شد.
روشکار: این مرور نظام‌مند مطابق با دستورالعمل‌های PRISMA و با جستجو در دیتابیس­ های Pubmed، Scopus، Web of Science با موتور جستجوی گوگل اسکالر و با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی MeSH متناسب از ژانویه 2013 تا 6 مارس 2025 انجام شد و کیفیت مطالعات با استفاده از ابزار ارزیابی و مرور کیفی مؤسسه جوآنا بریگز بررسی گردید. در مجموع، ۱۴ مطالعه با کیفیت بالا انتخاب و مورد تجزیه‌ و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که رضایت والدین نقش اساسی در آموزش جنسی نوجوانان ایفا می‌کند؛ به‌ویژه در مواردی که تأثیر والدین ممکن است بر هویت و رفتار مستقل نوجوانان غلبه کند. همچنین، یافته‌ها بر اهمیت صداقت در ملاحظات اخلاقی هنگام ارائه آموزش جنسی تأکید دارند. علاوه بر این، محتوای آموزشی باید با هنجارهای اخلاقی، فرهنگی و مذهبی جامعه تطبیق داشته باشد تا تأثیرگذاری آن افزایش یابد.
نتیجه ­گیری: توجه به چارچوب اخلاقی در آموزش جنسی نوجوانان می‌تواند تأثیر مثبتی بر نگرش‌ها، دانش و رفتارهای آنان داشته باشد و در نهایت منجر به بهبود سلامت فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی شود.

Introduction: Sex education is one of the fundamental issues in promoting adolescent health, which has always faced cultural and social challenges. In such a context, developing a comprehensive ethical framework is an inevitable necessity. Therefore, this study was conducted with aim to examine the ethical framework of sex education for adolescents.
Methods: This systematic review was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines through a comprehensive search of PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases, as well as Google Scholar, using appropriate MeSH keywords from January 2013 to 6 March 2025. The methodological quality of the included studies was appraised using the Joanna Briggs Institute Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument (JBI-QARI). In total, 14 high-quality studies were selected and analyzed.
Results: The results highlighted that parental consent plays a fundamental role in adolescent sex education, particularly in cases where parental influence might overshadow the identity and independent behavior of adolescents. Furthermore, the findings emphasize the significance of honesty in moral considerations when delivering sex education. Additionally, the educational content should be aligned with society's moral, cultural, and religious norms to enhance its effectiveness.
Conclusion: Focusing on the ethical framework in adolescent sex education can positively influence their attitudes, knowledge, and behaviors, ultimately contributing to the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
