چکیده
مقدمه: مصرف داروهای گیاهی به صورت خودسرانه طی بارداری میتواند خطراتی برای مادر و جنین ایجاد کند. با توجه به وجود مشکلات شایع بارداری در بسیاری از زنان باردار و تصور بیخطر بودن گیاهان دارویی در بین مردم، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین شیوع مصرف خودسرانه گیاهان دارویی در درمان مشکلات شایع بارداری زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر کاشان انجام شد.
روشکار: این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی و مقطعی در سال 1397 بر روی 300 نفر از زنان باردار و پس از زایمان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی کاشان انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که شامل اطلاعات فردی و چک لیست مصرف داروهای گیاهی در برطرف ساختن مشکلات شایع بارداری بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 17) و آزمون کای دو انجام گرفت. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها:بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، 164 نفر (1/57%) از زنان جهت رفع مشکلات شایع دوران بارداری بدون مشورت و تجویز پزشک از گیاهان دارویی استفاده کرده بودند. شایعترین مشکلاتی که زنان در دوره بارداری به منظور رفع آنها از داروهای گیاهی استفاده کرده بودند، بهترتیب شامل: سوزش سردل، یبوست، تهوع و کمخونی بود.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به شیوع بالای مصرف داروهای گیاهی در برطرف ساختن مشکلات شایع زنان در دوران بارداری، ضرورت اطلاعرسانی جامعه در خصوص مصرف گیاهان دارویی احساس میشود.

چکیده English
Introduction: self-medication of herbal medicines during pregnancy can create dangers for the mother and fetus. Considering the existence of common pregnancy problems among many pregnant women and since people think that herbs are harmlessness; this study was conducted to determine the prevalence of self-medication of medicinal plants in treatment of common pregnancy problems in women referred to health centers in Kashan.
Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive-analytic study was performed on 300 pregnant and postpartum women referred to health centers of Kashan in 2018. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which included demographic information and a checklist of herbal medicines for treatment of pregnancy common problems. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 17), and descriptive statistics and Chi-square test. P˂0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Results: According to the results of this study, 164 cases of women (57.1%) had used the herbs to resolve the common problems during pregnancy without consulting and prescribing of physician. The most common problems for which the pregnant women used herbs to treat them were heartburn، constipation، nausea، and anemia.
Conclusion: Considering the high prevalence of consumption of herbal medicine in resolving the common problems of women during pregnancy, the necessity of informing the public about self-medication of medicinal plants is felt.
