Abstract
Introduction: Molar pregnancy is a rare condition and its incidence is 1 or 2 cases in 1000 pregnancies. Ectopic pregnancy occur in 1% of pregnancies which is often in fallopian tubes. Simultaneity of molar and ectopic pregnancies is a rare condition. In this report, a 36 years old patient with tubal molar pregnancy is introduced.
Case report: A 36-year-old woman, with 4th pregnancy and history of 2 abortion and birth of 1 live baby, with complaint of 2 months amenorrhea, hypogastric brief pain and BhCG Conclusion: Molar pregnancy also occur in ectopic pregnancy and can lead to misdiagnosis and complications with high mortality in patients, so early diagnosis and treatment of these cases is very important.
