بررسی ارتباط باکتریوری بدون علامت و پره اکلامپسی در زنان باردار
مقدمه: پره اکلامپسی، یکی از دلایل عمده مرگ و میر مادران و همچنین از علل مهم عوارض عمده جنینی، نوزادی و مادری محسوب می شود. در مطالعات مختلف از عفونت های زمان بارداری به عنوان علت احتمالی در پاتولوژی پره اکلامپسی یاد شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط باکتریوری بدون علامت و پره اکلامپسی در زنان باردار انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1391 بر روی 320 زن باردار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های شفا و امیرالمومنین (ع) شهرستان سمنان انجام شد. 160 زن باردار که بعد از هفته 20 بارداری دارای معیارهای تشخیصی پره اکلامپسی بودند به عنوان گروه مورد و 160 زن باردار در همان سنین بارداری به عنوان گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها ذکر شود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماریSPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های آماری تی، کای اسکوئر انجام شد. p کمتر از 5% معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: 22 نفر (8/13%) در گروه مورد و 9 نفر (6/5%) در گروه کنترل باکتریوری بدون علامت داشتند. ارتباط باکتریوری بدون علامت و پره اکلامپسی در زنان باردار معنی دار بود (027/0=p)؛ به طوری که احتمال باکتریوری بدون علامت در زنان با پره اکلامپسی، 59/2 برابر گروه کنترل بود. نتیجه گیری:باکتریوری بدون علامت در زنان باردار از عوامل تأثیرگذار در پره اکلامپسی می باشد، لذا غربالگری آن در مراقبت های پری ناتال توصیه می شود.

بررسی وضعیت اضطراب مادران باردار در سه ماهه سوم بارداری و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مراجعه کنندگان به بیمارستان های شهر بندرعباس در سال 1391
مقدمه: اضطراب، از شایع ترین اختلالات روانی در طول بارداری به ویژه در سه ماهه سوم بارداری میباشد و عوامل مختلفی در بروز این اختلال نقش دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت اضطراب مادران باردار در سه ماهه سوم بارداری و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه طولی در سال1391 بر روی 75 مادر باردار مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه زنان بیمارستان های شهر بندرعباس جهت مراقبت های معمول بارداری انجام شد. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه اضطراب اشپیل برگر در سه نوبت (هفته های 32-29، 36-33 و 42-37 بارداری) و پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی گردآوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمون های آنالیز واریانس، تی تست و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد، حدود نیمی از مادران، دارای نمرات متوسط به بالای اضطراب آشکار (6/42%) و پنهان (3/45%) بودند. ولی بین میانگین اضطراب آشکار و پنهان مادران در سه نوبت اندازهگیری تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد (16/0=p، 107/0=p). همچنین ارتباط معنی داری بین سن، تحصیلات مادر، وضعیت اشتغال، تعداد زایمان ها و سقط، نوع بارداری و جنسیت نوزاد با اضطراب آشکار و پنهان آن ها در سه ماهه سوم بارداری مشاهده نشد (05/0<p). نتیجهگیری: اضطراب مادران باردار در سه ماهه سوم بارداری در سطح بالایی است. بنابراین تدوین برنامه های مربوط به ارزیابی سلامت روانی مادران در مراقبت های دوران بارداری منطقی به نظر می رسد.

اثربخشی انجام تمرینات هوازی در اوقات فراغت بر فرسودگی شغلی ماماها: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده
مقدمه: فرسودگی شغلی با تأثیرات منفی جدی بر سلامتی همراه است. ماماها به دلیل داشتن کار استرس زا، به احتمال بیشتری فرسودگی شغلی را تجربه می کنند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی انجام تمرینات هوازی در اوقات فراغت بر فرسودگی شغلی ماماها انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی در سال 1392 بر روی 60 مامای شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر مشهد انجام شد. افراد به روش تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. قبل و بعد از تمرینات هوازی، پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی ماسلاچ تکمیل شد. افراد گروه مداخله، در تمرینات هوازی به صورت گروهی و در باشگاه ورزشی با شدت 30 تا 60 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی به مدت 45 دقیقه، 3 جلسه در هفته به مدت 8 هفته شرکت کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 19) و آزمون های تی مستقل، تی زوجی، من ویتنی، ویلکاسیون و کای اسکوئر انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: میانگین مربوط به خستگی عاطفی (8/9±3/14 در ابتدای مطالعه و 1/8±4/7 در انتهای مطالعه) و مسخ شخصیت (3/2±4/5 در ابتدای مطالعه و 5/1±0/2 در انتهای مطالعه) بعد از 8 هفته آموزش تمرینات هوازی کاهش یافت (050/0>p). همچنین میانگین مربوط به کفایت شخصیت (0/9±0/35 در ابتدای مطالعه و 2/7±3/41 در انتهای مطالعه) افزایش یافت (050/0>p). نتیجه گیری: انجام تمرینات ورزشی، فرسودگی شغلی را در ماماها کاهش می دهد. بنابراین اقدامات پیشگیرانه از طریق اجرای برنامه های ورزشی باید انجام شود.
