This review study was performed with aim to present a regulated collection of recent studies on the relationship between mental stress and hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. Methods: In this review study, the related English and Persian papers were collected from databases of Google scholar, Pubmed , Scienc direct , SID , Irandoc and using the key words of stress, mental, preeclampsia and the Persian words of stress, preeclampsia, eclampsia, pregnancy- induced hypertension, and toxemia from 1980 to 2017. The papers which got the score of 16 in evaluation based on STROBE checklist were entered to this study. Results were presented as qualitative report. Results: Finally, 8 papers were entered to the study that evaluated different type of stress by various scales. In these studies, there was no sufficient homogeneous for combining data, so data were only reported. Among these studies, there was significant relationship between maternal mental stress and hypertensive disorders in 6 studies and no relationship was found in other two studies. Conclusion: In majority of studies, there was relationship between stress and hypertensive disorders. However, more prospective analytical studies with controlling confounding variables is required to more determine this relationship.}, keywords = {Eclampsia,Gestational hypertension,Preeclampsia,stress}, title_fa = {ارتباط استرسهای روانی و اختلالات فشارخون دوران بارداری: یک مطالعه مروری}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: نتایج مطالعات در مورد ارتباط استرس­های روانی و اختلالات فشارخون به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل حل نشده مامایی متفاوت است. مطالعه مروری حاضر با هدف جمع‌بندی منظم از مطالعات سال­های اخیر در زمینه ارتباط استرس­های روانی دوران بارداری و اختلالات فشارخون انجام شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه مروری مقالات انگلیسی و فارسی مرتبط از پایگاه­های الکترونیکی Pubmed،Google scholar، Irandoc،SID  و Scienc direct با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی انگلیسی Stress، mental، preeclampsia و کلمات فارسی: استرس، پره­اکلامپسی، اکلامپسی، فشارخون ناشی از بارداری، توکسمی از سال 1980 تا 2017 گردآوری شدند. مقالاتی که در ارزیابی بر اساس چک لیست استروب حداقل نمره 16 را کسب کردند، وارد مطالعه شدند. نتایج به‌صورت کیفی گزارش شد. یافته‌ها: در نهایت 8 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند که انواع مختلف استرس را با مقیاس‌های مختلف بررسی کردند. در این مطالعات همگونی لازم برای ترکیب کردن داده­ها وجود نداشت، لذا فقط گزارش شدند. از بین این مطالعات، در 6 مطالعه ارتباط معنی‌داری بین استرس روانی مادر با اختلالات فشارخون وجود داشت و در 2 مطالعه دیگر ارتباطی وجود نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: در اکثر مطالعات بین استرس با اختلالات فشارخون ارتباط وجود دارد. هرچند نیاز به مطالعات تحلیلی آینده‌نگر با کنترل متغیرهای مداخله‌گر جهت مشخص‌تر شدن این رابطه لازم است.}, keywords_fa = {استرس,اکلامپسی,پره­اکلامپسی,فشارخون بارداری}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_9509.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_9509_4eafe5a46e26cdaa88d5d5554c50b398.pdf} }
