This study was performed with aim to compare GA with SA technique for gynecology diagnostic laparoscopic surgeries. Methods:  This clinical randomized and prospective study was performed on 30 patients who were candidate for gynecology diagnostic laparoscopic surgeries in 2012-2013. The subjects were divided in two groups of GA & SA (n=15 in each group). Data collection tools were checklist and observation. SPO2، MAP، RR، HR، ETCO2 were recorded preoperative and intraoperative. Nausea, vomiting and shoulder pain were evaluated in recovery, 2, 8 and 24 hours after surgery. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 15), and using T-test and Chi-square. P <0.05 was considered significant. Results: The changes of SPO2 and HR at the studied times were not significantly difference between two groups (p=0.141, p=0.531, respectively), and only EtCO2 after Inflation (p=0.015) and RR and EtCO2 during inflation (p=0.004, p=0.013, respectively) were significantly different between two groups. MAP in all the state in the SA group was lower except before inflation. The incidence of shoulder pain at 2,8 and 24 hours after surgery had significant difference between two groups (p=0.009, p=0.035 and p=0.011, respectively); so that it was higher in the SA group. Nausea in the recovery had higher incidence in SA group (p=0.024). Conclusion: The use of SA for diagnostic laparoscopic surgeries in women is safe and reliable and like as any other anesthesia method has benefits and disadvantages.}, keywords = {Analgesia,General anesthesia,Laparoscopy}, title_fa = {بررسی مقایسه‌ای بی‌حسی اسپاینال با بیهوشی عمومی در اعمال لاپاراسکوپی تشخیصی زنان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: روش ارجح در بیهوشی بیماران کاندید جراحی‌های لاپاراسکوپی تشخیصی زنان، بیهوشی عمومی عنوان شده است، ولی در مواردی که برای بیهوشی عمومی منعی وجود دارد، از بی‌حسی نخاعی استفاده می‌شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه بی‌حسی نخاعی با بیهوشی عمومی در اعمال لاپاراسکوپی تشخیصی زنان انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی و آینده‌‌نگر در سال 92-1391 بر روی 30 بیمار کاندید لاپاراسکوپی تشخیصی انتخابی زنان انجام شد. بیماران در دو گروه 15 نفره بیهوشی عمومی و بی‌حسی نخاعی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها چک لیست و مشاهده بود. میزان SPO2، MAP، RP،HR ، ETCO2 قبل و حین عمل جراحی و تهوع، درد شانه، استفراغ در ریکاوری، 2، 8 و 24 ساعت بعد از عمل ثبت شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 15) و آزمون‌های تی تست و کای دو انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در مقایسه دو گروه، تغییرات SpO2 و HR در زمان‌های مورد مطالعه بین دو گروه تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری نداشت (به‌ترتیب 141/0=p، 531/0=p) و تنها EtCO2 بعد از پر کردن هوا (015/0=p)، EtCO2 و RR طی پر کردن هوا (به‌ترتیب 004/0=p، 013/0=p) بین دو گروه تفاوت آماری داشتند. میزان بروز درد شانه در ساعت‌های 2، 8 و 24 بعد از عمل بین دو گروه اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری داشت (به‌ترتیب 009/0=p، 035/0=p، 011/0=p). به‌طوری‌که در گروه بی‌حسی نخاعی بیشتر بود. میزان تهوع در گروه اسپاینال در ریکاوری بیشتر بود (024/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از بی‌حسی نخاعی برای اعمال جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک تشخیصی در زنان روش بی‌خطر و قابل استفاده است و مانند هر روش بیهوشی دیگر مزایا و معایب خود را دارد.}, keywords_fa = {بی‌حسی,بیهوشی عمومی,لاپاراسکوپی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_9502.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_9502_e4d63844558e3a15a1101aad9c41372a.pdf} }
