Using appropriate screening methods, this disease can be diagnosed at early stages and the deaths caused by it will be reduced. This study was performed with aim to compare the results of colposcopy and histology in patients with abnormal Pap smear or suspicious clinical findings. Methods: This cross-sectional analytic study was performed on 75 patients who had referred to Besat Hospital in Sanandaj from January 2013 to January 2016 with abnormal Pap smear and suspicious clinical findings in order to perform colposcopy and Pap smear. Colposcopic results and histological findings were extracted from the patients' files. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 22) and Chi-square test. The confidence intervals for diagnostic value indices were 0.05. Results: Histopathology and colposcopy studies were conducted on 36 patients with abnormal Pap smear and 39 patients with suspicious symptoms and clinical findings. Sensitivity and specificity of colposcopy were 69.23% and 73.46%, respectively. The positive and negative predictive values of colposcopy were 58.07% and 81.82%, respectively. There was significant relationship between the results of colposcopy and histology. Conclusion: In cases of abnormal Pap smear and suspicious clinical findings, colposcopy can be used to validate the findings.}, keywords = {Cervical Cancer,Colposcopy,Histopathology,Pap smear}, title_fa = {بررسی ارزش تشخیصی کولپوسکوپی در مقایسه با هیستوپاتولوژی در بیماران با پاپ اسمیر غیرطبیعی و یافته‌های بالینی مشکوک در مراجعین بیمارستان بعثت سنندج در سال‌های93-1391}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سرطان دهانه رحم یکی از مهم‌ترین دلایل مرگ و میر زنان در بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه است که طی سال‌های اخیر افزایش چشمگیری داشته است. با استفاده از روش‌های غربالگری مناسب می‌توان این بیماری را در مراحل اولیه تشخیص داد و مرگ‌و‌میر ناشی از آن را کاهش داد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه نتایج کولپوسکوپی و هیستولوژی در بیمارانی که پاپ اسمیر غیرطبیعی و یا یافته‌های بالینی مشکوک داشتند، انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه تحلیلی مقطعی بر روی 75 بیمار که از بهمن ماه سال 1391 تا بهمن ماه 1393 با پاپ اسمیر غیرطبیعی و علائم بالینی برای انجام کولپوسکوپی و بیوپسی به درمانگاه زنان بیمارستان بعثت سنندج مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. نتایج کولپوسکوپی و یافته‌های هیستولوژی از پرونده‌های بیماران استخراج شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 22) و آزمون کای اسکوئر انجام شد. فاصله‌های اطمینان شاخص‌های ارزش تشخیصی 05/0 بود. یافته‌ها: 36 بیمار به دلیل پاپ اسمیر غیرطبیعی و 39 بیمار به دلیل علائم و یافته‌های بالینی مشکوک، تحت مطالعه هیستوپاتولوژی و کولپوسکوپی قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه حساسیت کولپوسکوپی 23/69% و اختصاصیت آن 46/73% به‌دست آمد. ارزش اخباری مثبت کولپوسکوپی 07/58% و ارزش اخباری منفی آن 82/81% بود. بین نتایج کولپوسکوپی و هیستولوژی ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: در موارد پاپ اسمیر غیرطبیعی و یافته‌های بالینی مشکوک، انجام کولپوسکوپی می‌تواند برای تأیید یافته‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {پاپ اسمیر,سرطان دهانه رحم,کولپوسکوپی,هیستوپاتولوژی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_9074.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_9074_322fad292feb9d72a23e39c317e72110.pdf} }
