In Iran, %16 of all cancers in both male and female is related to breast cancer, and it has the first rank among Iranian women. Increasing levels of angiogenesis factors including NO, FGF, and VEGF is threatening in first stages of cancer, but it helps treatment and recovery in therapeutic level. Therefore this study was performed with aim to evaluate the impact of eight weeks of resistance training on some angiogenesis indicators in women with breast cancer. Methods: This semi-experimental study was performed on 30 women with breast cancer who had undergone therapeutic level. They were randomly divided into two groups, control group (n=14) and resistance training group (n=16). The experimental group performed resistance training for 8 weeks, per week three sessions, with the intensity of 50-70 percent of 1RM. To study the variables of NO, FGF, and VEGF, 48 hours before and after the last session of training, the blood samples were taken of participants. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 19) and independent and dependent T test. P<0.05 was considered significant. Results: The eight weeks of resistance training significantly increased the levels of VEGF, FGF and NO in experimental group than control group (P=0.0001). Conclusion: The eight weeks of resistance training increased the level of some angiogenesis indicators and this increase in angiogenesis indicators leads to increased muscle mass and reduced fatigue in patients with breast cancer.}, keywords = {Angiogenesis,Breast Cancer,Resistance training}, title_fa = {تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی روی برخی از عوامل آنژیوژنز در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سرطان پستان شایع‌ترین سرطان در زنان می‌باشد. در ایران 16% از کل سرطانها در هر دو جنس مردان و زنان مربوط به سرطان پستان میباشد و رتبه اول ابتلاء را در بین زنان ایرانی دارد. افزایش عوامل رگ‌زایی از جمله NO، FGFو VEGF در مراحل ابتدایی سرطان خطرناک میباشند، اما در مراحل درمانی در جهت بهبود آن کمک می‌کند، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر 8 هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر روی عوامل آنژیوژنز در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی در سال 1394 بر روی 30 زن مبتلا به سرطان پستان که مراحل درمانی را طی کرده بود انجام شد. افراد به طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (14 نفر) و تمرین مقاومتی (16 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه تمرینات مقاومتی را با شدت 70-50% حداکثر یک تکرار بیشینه انجام دادند. جهت بررسی متغیرهای NO، FGFو VEGF 48 ساعت قبل و بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین از آزمودنیها نمونه‌خون گرفته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 19) و آزمون‌های تی مستقل و وابسته انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 8 هفته تمرین مقاومتی باعث افزایش معنی‌دار در سطوح NO، FGF و VEGF گروه تجربی در مقایسه به گروه کنترل گردید (0001/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی باعث افزایش سطوح برخی عوامل آنزیوژنز می‌شود. این افزایش عوامل آنژیوژنز باعث افزایش توده عضلانی بدن و در نتیجه کاهش خستگی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {آنژیوژنز,تمرین مقاومتی,سرطان پستان}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_8868.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_8868_5fc4130887720f44e1cff4f600df78c9.pdf} }
