Sleep apnea is a common disorder that is associated with depression. The present study was done to investigate the relationship between sleep apnea and depression during pregnancy. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 140 pregnant women who referred to health centers of Saqqez, Iran, in 2012. Sampling was accessible. The Berlin questionnaire and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) were used to assess sleep apnea and antenatal depression. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 18, descriptive statistics, Chi-square and exact Fisher test. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: 46 mothers (32.9%) had depression during pregnancy and 12 mothers (8.6%) had sleep apnea. 10 number of depressed mothers (21.7%) and 2 number of non-depressed mothers (2.1%) were at high risk for sleep apnea. Sleep apnea in depressed mothers was 12.7 times higher than non-depressed mothers. Conclusion: There is a relationship between depression during pregnancy and sleep apnea.  }, keywords = {Depression,pregnancy,Sleep apnea syndromes}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط بین افسردگی دوران بارداری با وقفه های تنفسی خواب}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: افسردگی دوران بارداری، یک موضوع مهم سلامتی می باشد که 12 تا 20 درصد مادران را مبتلا می سازد و بر توانایی خود مراقبتی مادر تأثیر گذاشته و ممکن است منجر به مشکلاتی نظیر تغذیه ناکافی و حضور نامنظم جهت معاینات دوره ای بارداری شود. وقفه تنفسی خواب، نوعی اختلال شایع است که با افسردگی ارتباط دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین وقفه های تنفسی خواب با افسردگی دوران بارداری انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی در سال 1391 بر روی 140 زن باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان سقز انجام شد. نمونه گیری به روش آسان انجام شد. جهت بررسی افسردگی دوران بارداری از پرسشنامه افسردگی ادینبرگ و جهت بررسی وقفه های تنفسی خواب، از پرسشنامه برلین استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 18) و آزمون های آمار توصیفی، کای اسکوئر و آزمون دقیق فیشر انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: 46 نفر (9/32%) از مادران باردار، دارای افسردگی دوران بارداری و 12 نفر (6/8%)، دارای وقفه تنفسی خواب بودند. 10 نفر (7/21%) از مادران افسرده و 2 نفر (1/2%) از مادران غیر افسرده، در معرض خطر بالای وقفه تنفسی خواب بودند. میزان وقفه تنفسی در مادران افسرده، 7/12 برابر مادران غیر افسرده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: بین وقفه های تنفسی خواب با افسردگی دوران بارداری ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد.  }, keywords_fa = {افسردگی,بارداری,وقفه تنفسی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_875.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_875_f446691b9d2e63419655d93a5bfd2a92.pdf} }
