Since an important aspect of women’s quality of life is their sexual function, therefore, this study was performed with aim to evaluate the effect of cervical cancer on women’s sexual function in different studies. Methods: This review article was performed with searching in databases of SID, PubMed, Scopus and Google Scholar using the keywords of “cervical cancer”, “sexual problems” and “outcomes”. Time duration of articles' selection was 2000 to 2015. Finally, 18 studies were analyzed. Results: In the most studies, the tool for measuring sexual outcomes was no valid and potential confounders were not considered. However, the results of most studies showed decreased quality of sexual life for most women with cervical cancer. Most of women due to physical or psychological injuries caused by cervical cancer or complications of medical treatments, such as hysterectomy or radiotherapy, suffer from sexual problems such as vaginal dryness, dyspareunia and decreased sexual desire. Conclusion: The results demonstrate undesirable effects of cervical cancer on women's sexual outcomes. For increasing the accuracy of the results, it is recommended that future studies consider the potential positive or negative effects on sexual outcomes. Cervical cancer damages to the quality of sexual life of women with cervical cancer, but type and time of this damage are still unclear and further studies are recommended in this field.}, keywords = {Cervix,review article,Sexual disorders,Uterine cervical neoplasm}, title_fa = {پیامدهای جنسی سرطان سرویکس در زنان مبتلا: یک مطالعه مروری}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: شیوع چشمگیر سرطان سرویکس در سراسر جهان، خصوصاً در کشورهای در حال توسعه و در میان زنان 35-25 ساله، انگیزه‌ای برای ارزیابی اثر سرطان سرویکس بر روی کیفیت زندگی زنان شده است. همچنین از آنجا که یکی از جنبه‌های مهم کیفیت زندگی زنان جوان، عملکرد جنسی آنان می‌باشد، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سرطان سرویکس بر عملکرد جنسی زنان در مطالعات مختلف انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مروری با جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر PubMed، SID، Scopus وGoogle Scholar و با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های سرطان سرویکس، پیامدها و مشکلات جنسی انجام شد. بازه زمانی در انتخاب مقالات از سال 2000 الی 2015 بود. در نهایت، 18 مطالعه در رابطه با موضوع مورد نظر، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: ابزار اندازه‌گیری پیامدهای جنسی در بیشتر مطالعات مورد بررسی معتبر نبودند و غالب آن‌ها عوامل مخدوش‌کننده را نیز در نظر نگرفته بودند. با این وجود نتیجه بیشتر این مطالعات نشان‌دهنده کاهش کیفیت زندگی جنسی اکثر زنانی بود که دچار سرطان سرویکس شده بودند. غالب این زنان در اثر آسیب‌های جسمی یا روانی ناشی از ابتلاء به سرطان سرویکس و یا به دنبال عوارض ناشی از درمان‌ سرطان سرویکس نظیر هیسترکتومی یا رادیوتراپی دچار مشکلات جنسی نظیر خشکی واژن، دیسپارونی و کاهش تمایلات جنسی شده بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان دهنده اثرات مخرب سرطان سرویکس بر روی پیامدهای جنسی زنان مبتلا می‌باشد. توصیه می‌شود جهت افزایش دقت نتایج، مطالعات آینده عوامل مخدوش‌کننده دارای اثر بالقوه مثبت یا منفی بر روی پیامد جنسی را نیز در نظر گیرند. سرطان سرویکس به کیفیت زندگی جنسی بیشتر زنان مبتلا آسیب می‌رساند، ولی نوع این آسیب و مدت آن مشخص نیست و انجام مطالعات بیشتر در این زمینه توصیه می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {اختلالات جنسی,پژوهش مروری,سرویکس,نئوپلاسم دهانه‌رحم}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_7885.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_7885_2f2b7cc6b6e393a33829df53128873bf.pdf} }
