So, this study was performed with aim to compare the effect of Flaxseed and Evening Primrose Oil with Vitamin E on the severity of Cyclic Mastalgia in women. Methods: This clinical trial study was performed on 90 patient with Cyclic Mastalgia referred to gynecology clinic of Mashhad Ghaem hospital or the students living in dormitories of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 2015. Patients were randomly divided in to three 30 cases groups including Flaxseed group (30 mg daily powder of Flaxseed), Evening Primrose Oil capsule (2 1000mg capsules, daily) and Vitamin E (1 capsule of 400 IU, daily) for two menstrual period. The severity of mastalgia was measured through … at the baseline and end of every two interventional period. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 16) and Chi-square, Fridman, Fisher Exact, and ANOVA. PResults: Median of the severity of mastalgia decreased in all three groups of Flaxseed, Evening Primrose Oil and Vitamin E after the intervention. But, three groups were not significantly different in the median of mastalgia before (P=0.779), one month (P=0.380) and two months after the intervention (P=0.764). Conclusion: Use of Flaxseed, Evening Primrose Oil or Vitamin E lead to reduction in the severity of mastalgia and this reduction in all three groups is the same.}, keywords = {Flaxseed,Evening Primrose Oil,Mastalgia,Vitamin E}, title_fa = {بررسی مقایسه‌ای بذر‌کتان و روغن گل‌مغربی با ویتامین E بر شدت ماستالژی دوره‌ای زنان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: بذر‌کتان، روغن گل‌مغربی و ویتامین E از درمان‌های خط اول ماستالژی دوره‌‌ای هستند، اما اینکه تأثیر کدام بر شدت ماستالژی دوره‌ای بیش‌تر است، گزارش نشده ‌است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر درمانی بذرکتان و روغن‌گل‌مغربی با ویتامین E بر شدت ماستالژی دوره‌ای زنان انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی در سال 1394 بر روی 90 بیمار مبتلا به ماستالژی دوره‌ای مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه زنان بیمارستان قائم (عج) مشهد و یا دانشجوی خانم ساکن در خوابگاه‌های دانشگاه علوم‌ پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. بیماران به ‌طور تصادفی در سه گروه 30 نفره شامل گروه بذر‌کتان (روزانه 30 گرم پودر بذر‌کتان)، کپسول روغن ‌گل مغربی (روزانه 2 عدد کپسول 1000 میلی‌گرم) و ویتامین‌ E (روزانه یک عدد کپسول 400 واحدی) به‌ مدت دو دوره قاعدگی قرار گرفتند. در ابتدا و انتهای هر دو دوره مداخله شدت ماستالژی با استفاده از مقیاس تطابق دیداری اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS (نسخه ‌16) و آزمون‌های کای ‌اسکوئر، فریدمن، دقیق فیشر و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه انجام شد. میزان p کمتر ‌از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانه شدت درد پستان در هر سه گروه بذر‌کتان، روغن ‌گل‌‌مغربی و ویتامین E نسبت به قبل از مداخله کاهش یافت، ولی به ‌طور ‌کلی سه گروه از نظر میانه شدت درد پستان قبل از مداخله (779/0=p)، یک‌ ماه بعد از مداخله (380/0=p) و 2 ماه بعد از مداخله (764/0=p) تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: مصرف بذر کتان، روغن ‌گل‌‌مغربی یا ویتامین ‌E هر سه منجر به کاهش شدت درد پستان می‌شود و این کاهش در هر سه گروه به یک اندازه است.}, keywords_fa = {بذرکتان,روغن گلمغربی,ماستودینی,ویتامین E}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_7705.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_7705_b697f622731bf9b45e80e8072c59728a.pdf} }
