This study investigated the effects of brisk walking on primary dysmenorrhea on girl students. Methods: In this clinical trial, 45 students of exercise group and 45 students of control group who were studied in faculty of nursing and midwifery were studied in Mashhad, Iran, 2012. Exercise group performed brisk walking for half an hour in the first 3 days of menstruation in three consecutive menstrual cycles. Research tools included visual pain scale, demographic data questionnaire and menstrual characteristics before and after exercise. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 19, paired t-test, Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon tests. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: The mean age of participants was 20.74 years. The mean of dysmenorrhea duration of each cycle and days of bleeding were 2.49 days and 6.96 days, respectively. The mean of pain scores was similar in two groups before the intervention but it was significant after the intervention (p<0.001). There was a significant difference in the exercise group in terms of pain severity before and after intervention (p<0.001); while, there was no difference in the control group in this regard (p=0.81). Conclusion: Brisk walking for half an hour in the first 3 days of menstruation reduces pain of primary dysmenorrhea.  }, keywords = {Dysmenorrhea,Exercise,Pain}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر پیاده‌روی سریع بر دیسمنوره اولیه در دانشجویان دختر}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: دیسمنوره، یک اختلال شایع زنان می باشد که 50 درصد زنانی را که دوره های قاعدگی دارند را مبتلا می سازد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر پیاده روی سریع بر دیسمنوره اولیه در دانشجویان دختر انجام شد. روش‌کار: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی که در سال 1391 در شهر مشهد انجام شد، دو گروه 45 نفری دانشجو در دو گروه ورزش و کنترل مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جامعه پژوهش آن شامل تمام دانشجویان دختر دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی بودند. گروه مداخله ورزش را در سه دوره متوالی قاعدگی، در سه روز اول به مدت نیم ساعت انجام دادند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل: معیار دیداری درد، پرسشنامه داده‌های فردی، مشخصات قاعدگی، فرم ثبت داده‌های قبل از ورزش و فرم ثبت داده‌های بعد از ورزش در خصوص دیسمنوره بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌ افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 19) و آزمون ‌های تی ‌مستقل، تی ‌زوجی، من ‌ویتنی و ویلکاکسون انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین سن واحدهای پژوهش 74/20 سال، میانگین طول مدت دیسمنوره در هر دوره 49/2 روز و میانگین طول مدت خونریزی 96/6 روز بود. دو گروه مورد مطالعه از نظر میانگین شدت درد قبل از مداخله همسان بودند؛ ولی بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی ‌دار شد (001/0p<). تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری از لحاظ میانگین شدت درد در دختران گروه ورزش در مراحل قبل و بعد از مداخله وجود داشت (001/0p<)؛ در حالی که این تفاوت در گروه کنترل وجود نداشت (81/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: ورزش پیاده روی سریع به میزان نیم ساعت در روز در 3 روز اول قاعدگی، منجر به کاهش شدت درد دیسمنوره اولیه می شود.  }, keywords_fa = {درد,دیسمنوره,ورزش}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_764.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_764_69247537d5c8dd468d2c8bf66df63c1b.pdf} }
