So, this study was performed with aim to determine anemia related factors in pregnant women referring to health centers of Mane and Samalqan city. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 221 pregnant women referred to health centers of Mane and Samalqan city in 2013. Data related to demographic characteristics, parity, gravidity, age, job, and age at marriage were collected via checklist. Hb Results: The prevalence of anemia between pregnant women in this study was 17.5% in 6-10 gestational weeks and 18.9% in 26-30 gestational weeks. Mean of Hb was lower in women who had history of anemia in previous pregnancy than those who didn’t have. There was a statistical significant relationship between previous mode of delivery, husband’s job, anemia in 6-10 gestational weeks, weight, BMI, Height, Hb and hematocrit in 6-10 gestational weeks (P<0.05). Also, there was statistical significant relationship between history of anemia in previous pregnancy and anemia of pregnant women in 6-10 and 26-30 gestational weeks (P<0.05). Conclusion: A history of anemia and cesarean section in previous pregnancy leads to increased prevalence of anemia. Also, there is a positive correlation between weight and body mass index and mean hemoglobin. Therefore, performing the procedures by the authorities about determinant factors in reducing anemia in the society seems to be necessary.}, keywords = {Anemia,Health centers,Iran,pregnancy,Prevalence}, title_fa = {شیوع کم خونی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهرستان مانه و سملقان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: کم‌خونی باعث اختلال در سلامت و رفاه در زنان بوده و خطر ابتلا به عوارض جانبی در مادر و نوزاد را افزایش می دهد، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل مرتبط با کم‌خونی در زنان باردار مراجعه‌ کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهرستان مانه و سملقان انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1392 بر روی 221 زن باردار مراجعه ‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهرستان مانه و سملقان انجام شد. اطلاعات مربوط به خصوصیات فردی، تعداد حاملگی‌ها، زایمان، سن، شغل و سن ازدواج از طریق چک ‌لیست جمع‌آوری شد. هموگلوبین کمتر از 11 گرم در دسی لیتر در سه ماهه اول و 5/10 گرم بر دسی لیتر در سه ماهه دوم به‌عنوان آنمی در نظر گرفته شد. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون‌های کای دو، تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: شیوع کم‌خونی مادران مورد مطالعه در هفته 10-6 بارداری 5/17% و در هفته 30-26 بارداری 9/18% بود. میانگین هموگلوبین مادرانی که سابقه کم‌خونی در بارداری قبلی داشتند، کمتر از مادرانی بود که سابقه کم‌خونی در بارداری قبلی نداشتند. بین نوع زایمان قبلی، شغل همسر مادران مورد مطالعه، کم‌خونی در هفته 10-6 بارداری، وزن، شاخص توده بدنی، قد، هموگلوبین و هماتوکریت هفته 10-6 بارداری مادران مورد مطالعه ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (05/0p<). بین سابقه کم‌خونی در بارداری قبلی و کم‌خونی مادران باردار در هفته 10-6 و 30-26 بارداری ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (001/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری: سابقه کم‌خونی و سزارین در بارداری قبلی منجر به افزایش شیوع کم‌خونی می‌شود، همچنین بین وزن و شاخص توده بدنی و میانگین هموگلوبین همبستگی مثبت وجود دارد. لذا انجام اقداماتی توسط مسئولین در زمینه عوامل تأثیرگذار بر کاهش آنمی در جامعه ضروری به نظر می رسد.}, keywords_fa = {ایران,بارداری,شیوع,کم‌خونی,مراکز بهداشتی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_6133.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_6133_3779fce7246324176d72503f1a8396b1.pdf} }
