Numerous factors have been described which associate with recurrent wastage such as; uterine abnormalities, infections, immunological factors, endocrinologic imbalance, chromosomal and genetic defects. It is accepted that, if a balanced translocation is carried by one of the partners can cause repeated spontaneous abortions as well as autosomal recessive; trait carrier can increase homozygosity, which in turn, leads to an increased risk of abortion. The purpose of this study is to determine the frequency of recurrent abortions in consanguineous marriages in comparison to non-consanguineous marriages. Material and Method: Cytogenetic evaluation of 354 couples with the history of recurrent miscarriages was performed on the basis of G-banning technique. All other possible etiologic factors were excluded. Then 177 couples were grouped in the consanguineous marriage group and the remaining of 177 couples in nonconsanguineous marriage group. Individual characteristics were collected in a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistical chi-Square and Fisher test. Results: The prevalence of state of balanced translocation was found in only 26 partners (7.34%). Among them, 12 individuals (3.38%) appeared in consanguineous group and the remaining 14 partners (3.95%) were seen in non-consanguineous group. The frequency of abortions was significantly more common in women with 2 spontaneous abortions whereas the fewer incidences appeared in women with 10 recurrent miscarriages. On the other hand the numbers of abortions beyond the 3 cases were more prominent in consanguineous group in contrast to the non-consanguineous group. Conclusion: In consanguineous marriages in which recurrent miscarriages are occurring, In the case of normal karyotype, an autosomal recessive disorder could be postulated. }, keywords = {Spontaneous abortion,Balanced translocation,Consanguineous marriage,Non -Consanguineous marriage}, title_fa = {مقایسه سقطهای تکراری باعلت ناشناخته در ازدواج های خویشاوندی و غیر خویشاوندی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه :سقط خودبخود به ختم بارداری قبل از هفته بیستم اطلاق می گردد . عوامل متعددی نظیر : ناهنجاریهای آناتومیک رحمی، عفونتها، فاکتورهای ایمونولوژی و اندوکرینی، اختلالات کروموزومی و ژنتیکی در پیدایش آن نقش دارند .حضور جابجایی متعادل کروموزومی علت 2 تا 3 درصد سقط های خودبخود شناخته شده است . اختلالات ژنتیکی مغلوب اتوزومی با افزایش هموزیگوسیتی عامل دیگری در سقط های خودبخود به شمار می آید. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه فراوانی سقط های خودبخود در ازدواج های خویشاوندی با غیر خویشاوندی بوده است. روش کار : در این مطالعه مورد – شاهدی 354 زوج با سابقه سقط های تکراری و علت ناشناخته در بخش ژنتیک دانشکده پزشکی مشهد در سال 1378 -83 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. 177 زوج در گروه ازدواج های خویشاوندی و 177 زوج دیگر در گروه ازدواج های غیر خویشاوندی قرار داشته که بررسی کروموزومی به منظور جابجایی آنها به عمل آمد. مشخصات فردی، نتایج آزمایشگاهی، تعداد سقطها در پرسشنامه ای جمع آوری گردید. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و جداول توزیع فراوانی و آزمونهای کای اسکوئر و فیشر پردازش شد. نتایج: از مجموع 354 زوج در 26 مورد (7/34 درصد) جابجایی متعادل کروموزومی مشاهده شد که 12 مورد (3/38 درصد) در گروه خویشاوند و 14 مورد (3/95 درصد) در گروه غیر خویشاوند ملاحظه شد. از مجموع 954 مورد سقط بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به مادرانی با سابقه دو مورد سقط و کمترین از آن مادرانی با سابقه 10 مورد سقط بود . تعداد سقط های بیش از سه مورد به طور قابل ملاحظه ای در گروه ازدواج های خویشاوندی بیش از ازدواج های غیر خویشاوندی ملاحظه شد . نتیجه گیری : در زوج های خویشاوندی که با علت ناشناخته ای از سقطهای تکراری رنج می برند در صورت طبیعی بودن نتایج کاریوتیپ، اختلالات ژنتیکی مغلوب اتوزومی می تواند عامل آن باشد . }, keywords_fa = {سقط های خودبخود,جابجایی متعادل کروموزومی,ازدواج های خویشاوندی,ازدواج های غیر خویشاوندی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5970.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5970_b08d735171601e285294502932b194bd.pdf} }
