The case group (n=100) complained of vaginal discharge and bacterial vaginosis was the diagnosis , and the control group (n=100), did not have any vaginal discharge and had referred to the clinic just for seeking a contraceptive method. The vaginal samples were examined for vaginal PH and direct microscopic examination was done for gram stains, candidiasis, inflammatory cells, and presence of clue cells, red blood cells and white blood cells so whiff test and culture in different medias were performed.   Results: Anaerobic bacteria including peptostreptococcus, peptococcus, bacterioids, and obligate anaerobic lactobacillus were found in 8% of control group and 63% of study group. Difference in two groups was statistically significant. Lactobacillus was found in %81 of control group and %23 of study group with significant differences. Gardenella vaginalis was found in 88% of study group and 34% of control group. Bacterioid species were found in 15% of study group and 5% of control group. Seventy seven percent of participants were married for 6-20 years.41% of study group and 16% of control group had parity of 3-4 (P<0.05). IUD was used in 27% of study group and 17% of control group, respectively while condom and interrupted coitus were more common in the control group.   Conclusion: Anaerobic bacteria and gardenella vaginalis were more common in patients with non- specific vaginal discharge. Candom and coitus interruptus have protective effect on vaginal discharge, and IUD can increase its incidene.    }, keywords = {Anaerobic bacteria,Bacterial vaginosis,Coitus interruptus,IUD,Lactobacillus,Vaginal discharge,Viginitis}, title_fa = {بررسی و مقایسه عوامل پاتوژن و فاکتورهای خطر واژینوز باکتریال}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه : عفونت واژینال و ترشح واژینال یکی از شایعترین شکایاتی است که سبب مراجع ه بیمار به کلینیکهای زنـان و  مامایی می شود . هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی و مقایسه عوامل پاتوژن و فاکتورهای خطر واژینوز باکتریال می باشد.  روش کار : این مطالعه ب ه صورت مورد -شاهدی بر روی ۲۰۰ زن مراجعه کننده به کلینیک زنان انجام شد . گروه مـورد  شامل ۱۰۰ مراجعه کننده ب ه علت ترشح واژینال بود که تشخیص واژینوز باکتریال برای آنها گذاشته شده بود و گـروه کنترل شامل۱۰۰ زن دیگر که جهت دریافت روش پیشگیری از بارداری مراجعـه کـرده و شـکایتی از ترشـح واژینـال  نداشتند . در کلیه افراد گروه pH ترشحات واژن تعیین و لام مستقیم ترشحات واژن جهت رنـگ آمیـزی گـرم از نظـر وجود باکتری و نوع آن، کاندیدا، سلولهای التهابی و میـزان آن، وجـود Clue cell ، گلبولهـای قرمـز، گلبولهـای سـفید گرفته ش د . تست ویف و کشت در محیطهای اختصاصی انجام گردید.  یافته ها : باکتری هـای بیهـوازی در ترشـحات واژن شـامل پپتواسـترپتوکوکها، پپتوکـوک ، باکتریوئیـد و بـاکتریوم و  لاکتوباسیل بیهوازی اجباری در ۸ % گروه کنترل و ۶۳ % گروه مورد وجود داشت که اختلاف دو گروه از نظر آمار معنی دار  بود . وجود لاکتوباسیلها در ترشحات واژن در ۸۱ % گروه کنترل و ۲۳ % گروه مورد با اختلاف آماری معنـی دار بـین دو گروه مشاهده شد . گ اردنلا واژینالیس در ۸۸ % گروه مورد و ۳۴ % گروه کنترل جدا گردید . باکتریوییدهادر ۱۵ % گروه مورد  و ۵ % گروه کنترل وجود داشت . بیشترین تعداد بیماران در گروه مورد (۷۷ %) دارای مدت ازدواج ۲۰- ۶ سال بـودهانـد . ۴۱ % در گروه مورد و ۱۶ % در گروه کنترل تعداد زایمان ۴- ۳ داشتند (p<۰/۰۵ ). استفاده از IUD در ۲۷ % گروه مورد و ۱۷ % گروه کنترل وجود داشت، در حالیکه استفاده از کاندوم و نزدیکی منقطع درگروه کنترل بیشتر از گروه مورد بود.  نتیجه گیری : باکتریهای بیهوازی و گاردنلا واژینالیس در بیماران با تشخیص واژینوز باکتریـال بـیش از گـروه بـدون شـکایت  بود . استفاده از کاندومو نزدیکی منقطع عامل محافظت کننده و IUD عامل کمک کننده در ایجاد آن می باشد}, keywords_fa = {واژینوز باکتریال,ترشح واژینال,واژینیت,باکتریهای بیهوازی,لاکتوباسیل,IUD,نزدیکی منقطع}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5830.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5830_ad1643deee619396fe503c44b336dd1f.pdf} }
