Pregnancy is one of the factors which can contribute to sexual dysfunction, and is associated with a wide variety of organic and psychological causes. This study was designed to compare sexual dysfunction in women before and during pregnancy. Methods: Current study is a descriptive-analyzing study and study units were chosen randomly from different districts of Semnan in year 2006. 100 women who were pregnant or had recent history of labor took part in the study. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed by authors, in order to compare sexual dysfunction before and during pregnancy. Data were analyzed by SPSS11 and descriptive analytic methods. Results: Results showed that 78% of women had minimum one of the sexual dysfunction before pregnancy and 80% of them during gestational period. Altered sex drive, inability to reach orgasm, pain, sexual dissatisfaction, anxiety, fatigue and masturbation were the most prevalent sexual dysfunctions before and during pregnancy. In addition results showed significant relation between all kinds of sexual dysfunction before and during pregnancy. Conclusion: Because of increasing sexual dysfunctions during pregnancy, we suggest to increase public knowledge about sexual dysfunction for increasing sexual health in society through proper management is suggested.}, keywords = {Female,pregnancy,Sexual dysfunction}, title_fa = {مقایسه اختلالات جنسی زنان در زمان بارداری با قبل از آن}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه : شیوع اختلالات جنسی در زنان و مردان بسیار بالا است . بارداری یکی از عوامل دخیل در پیـدایش اخـتلالات جنسی است ک ه میتواند با ایجاد متغیرهای گوناگون جسمی و روانی در ایجاد اینگونه اختلالات دخیل باشد . مطالعه‌ ی حاضر با هدف مقایسه اختلالات جنسی زنان در زمان بارداری با قبل از آن انجام شد. سال ۸۵ به روش نمونه گیری چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند . ۱۰۰ زن باردار یا دارای سابقه زایمان اخیـر مـورد بررسـی روش کار : در این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی واحدهای پژوهش به صورت تصادفی از مناطق مختلـف شـهر سـمنان در قرار گرفتند . اطلاعات به کمک پرسشنامهای پژوهشگرساخته جهت سنجش اختلالات جنسـی قبـل و حـین بـارداری ، جمع آوری و با روشهای آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی و استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ( نسخه ۱۱ ) مـورد تجزیـه و تحلیـل قرار گرفت.  یافته ها : ۷۸ % زنان قبل و ۸۰ % آنان حـین بـارداری حـداقل یکـی از اخـتلالات جنسـی را تجربـه کـرده بودنـد . ایـن اختلالات به ترتیب اهمیت شامل : کاهش تمایل به برقراری ارتباط جنسی ، نرسیدن به اوج لذت جنسـی ، درد، تنفـر از  برقراری ارتباط جنسی، اضطراب، خستگی و خودارضائی بود . در این مطالعه بین اختلالات جنسی ذکر شده در قبل و  نتیجه گیری : با توجه به افزایش اختلالات جنسی در زمان بارداری پیشـنهاد مـیشـودکه اطلاعـات عمـومی در ایـن حین بارداری رابطه معنی دار وجود داشت.  زمینه افزایش یابد و با مدیریت صحیح سطح سلامت جنسی جامعه افزایش داده شود}, keywords_fa = {زنان,بارداری,اختلالات جنسی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5826.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5826_457d517d492a37cc0ac1348a73bf5e87.pdf} }
