A variety of approaches has been suggested to manage this kind of stress in couples. This study addressed the effect of collaborative counseling on perceived infertility-related stress in infertile women undergoing IVF in Mashhad.   Methods: In this clinical trial, 60 women with primary infertility were selected from Montaserieh Infertility Research Center by convenient sampling and were randomly divided into intervention (29 cases) and control (31 people) groups. Women in intervention group received counseling in five meetings with collaboration of midwife, gynecologist and clinical psychologist. Control group were counseled routinely. Perceived infertility-related stress was measured at the beginning and embryo transfer day using Newton Fertility Problem Inventory that has five subscales. Mann-Whitney test and independent t-test were used for data analysis by SPSS software version 14.   Results: A significant difference was found between two groups in terms of total perceived infertility-related stress score (p<0.048). The amount of stress reduction in intervention group was nearly 3.6 times more than the control group. There was also a significant difference between two groups regarding two the subscales of Fertility Problem Inventory including social concerns (p<0.031) and need for parenthood (p<0.002).   Conclusion: Collaborative counseling can decrease the infertile women's perceived infertility-related stress. Thus, it could be suggested as one of the stress management strategies in infertile women undergoing IVF.}, keywords = {Infertility,Collaborative Counseling,Perceived infertility-related stress,IVF}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر مشاوره مشارکتی ناباروری بر استرس درک شده زنان نابارور تحت درمان با IVF}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: ناباروری یک بحران در زندگی است که می‌تواند موجب ایجاد استرس روانی شدید در زوجین شود. راه‌های گوناگونی برای اداره استرس این زوجین پیشنهاد شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مشاوره مشارکتی ناباروری بر استرس درک شده زنان نابارور تحت درمان با IVF در شهر مشهد انجام شد.   روش‌کار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی 60 زن با ناباروری اولیه از مرکز تحقیقات ناباروری منتصریه مشهد در سال 1388 به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (31 نفر) و مداخله (29 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله در پنج جلسه انفرادی و با مشارکت ماما، متخصص زنان و روانشناس بالینی مشاوره شدند و گروه کنترل تنها مشاوره مرسوم بخش را دریافت کرد. استرس درک شده ناباروری زنان با استفاده از پرسشنامه روا و پایای استرس ناباروری نیوتن، در ابتدای مطالعه و روز انتقال رویان مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با آزمون t مستقل و من ویتنی به کمک نرم‌افزارSPSS (نسخه 14) تحلیل شد.   یافته‌ها: از نظر استرس کلی درک شده ناباروری تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری بین دو گروه وجود داشت (048/0=p) و میانگین کاهش استرس در گروه مداخله 6/3 برابر گروه کنترل بود. میانگین تغییرات استرس در دو خرده آزمون پرسشنامه شامل موضوعات اجتماعی (031/0=p) و نیاز به والدینی (002/0=p) تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری را در دو گروه نشان داد.   نتیجه‌گیری: مشاوره مشارکتی موجب کاهش استرس درک شده ناباروری می‌شود و می‌توان از این روش به عنوان یکی از روش‌های مدیریت استرس در زنان نابارور تحت درمان با IVF در مراکز درمان ناباروری استفاده نمود.}, keywords_fa = {ناباروری,مشاوره مشارکتی,استرس درک شده ناباروری,IVF}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5766.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5766_9e39901b98bdaba2224e8e453171e1dc.pdf} }
