The purpose of this study was the compare two methods of superficial strocking & vibration massages on intensity and variation of low back pain during labor in primiparous women. Methods: In this clinical interventional study 120 women were enrolled who were referred to the lanor department of Hafez and Zeinabieh hospitals in Shiraz. Participants were randomly divided into three group of 40 .The first group got strocking massage, the second got vibration massage and third group was the control group. The massages were conducted in strocking and vibration groups in three stage of dilatation (3-4, 5-7, 8-10cm respectively) in T10-L1 area for 15 minute in each stage. Results: There was no significant difference between three groups in age & education level. Intensity of low back pain before and after of massage in two experimental groups were significantly different in 3 stages (p=0.001). Intensity of pain in 3 stages after conducting massage was significantly lower than control group (p=0.001) Variation of pain also was significantly different in 3 stages of dilatation.   Conclusion: Both strocking & vibration massages in T10-L1 segment were effective in reducing the low back pain of primiparous women. Intensity of low back pain was descending in case groups mostly in third stage. But in control group the pain was increasing in intensity mostly in third stage.  }, keywords = {Strocking massage,Vibration massage,Low back pain,labor}, title_fa = {مقایسه دو روش ماساژ استروکینگ سطحی و ماساژ ویبراسیون بر درد کمر حین زایمان در زنان نخست زا}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: انقباضات عضله صاف رحم از نظر دردناک بودن در میان سایر انقباضات عضلانی فیزیولوژیک منحصر به فرد است به طوری که درد زایمان یکی از شدیدترین دردهایی است که یک زن در طول زندگی خود تجربه می کند و زنان باردار تمایل دارند به نوعی از این درد رهایی یابند. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه بین دو روش ماساژ استروکینگ سطحی و ماساژ ویبراسیون بر شدت و تغییرات درد کمر حین زایمان در زنان نخست زا بوده است.   روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مداخله ای که روی 120 زن باردار نخست زای مراجعه کننده به اتاق درد بیماستانهای حافظ و زینبیه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام شد که بطور تصادفی سیستما‌تیک به سه گروه‌40 نفره تقسیم شدند، (گروه اول ماساژ استروکینگ سطحی، گروه دوم ماساژ ویبراسیون‌ و ‌گروه سوم کنترل‌) و برای گروه های آزمایش در سه مرحله، دیلاتاسیون 4-3، 7-5 و 10‌-8 سانتی متر در ناحیه T10-L1 به مدت 15 دقیقه در هر مرحله ماساژ داده شد.   یافته‌ها: واحدهای مورد پژوهش از نظر سن و میزان تحصیلات تفاوت آماری معنی داری با هم نداشتند. میانگین شدت درد کمر قبل و بعد از ماساژ درگروه های آزمایش و کنترل بطور معنی داری در سه مرحله متفاوت بود (001/0=p). میانگین شدت درد در هر سه مرحله نیز بعد از انجام ماساژ درگروه های آزمایش بطور معنی داری کمتر از میانگین شدت درد در گروه کنترل بود (001/0=p). همچنین بین تغییرات درد در سه گروه و در سه مرحله نیز بطور معنی داری با یکدیگر متفاوت بوده است (001/0=p).   نتیجه‌گیری: هر دو نوع ماساژ در ناحیه T10-L1 در تسکین درد کمر در مرحله اول زایمان در زنان نخست زا موثر بوده است و شدت درد کمر در گروه های آزمایش سیر نزولی داشته و بیشترین میزان کاهش درد در مرحله سوم دیده شده است ولی در گروه کنترل شدت درد سیر صعودی داشته و بیشترین میزان افزایش درد در مرحله سوم مشاهده شده است.}, keywords_fa = {ماساژ استروکینگ سطحی,ماساژ ویبراسیون,درد کمر,زایمان}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5761.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5761_01fb0a18f813bfca1662834cf208284a.pdf} }
