Thus, infertility may cause important emotional disorders, and social and mental consequences including reduction of satisfaction and quality of life. Aim of this study is to compare the quality of life in fertile and infertile women referring to public clinics in Mashhad city. Methods: In this cross-sectional analytical study, one hundred fertile women attending Health Centers, and one hundred infertile women attending Montaserieh Infertility Center were randomly selected. Women aged 22 to 45 years, and were their husband’s only wives. All the participants used the same contraception method. The subjects completed the General Health Questionnaires (GHQ28) and World Health Organization’s quality of life questionnaire - BREF (WHOQOL-BREF). Data were analyzed via X2, Mann-Whitney test, and SPSS software version 14. Certainty coefficient was 95% and p< 0.05was considered significant. Results: The two groups had no statistically significant differences in demographic features, other interfering variables, and general health . The infertile women expressed more marital satisfaction (p=0.014). The two groups had no statistically significant differences in none of quality of life fields such as physical (p= 0/46), mental (p= 0/86), social (p=0/53), circumstantial (p=0/18), and general (p=0/94). Conclusion: In present study, there were no significant differences in quality of life between two groups, and the scores acquired by both groups were in medium level. It seems that more research needs to be established on this issue to improve the quality of life particularly in women as the family and society foundation.}, keywords = {Fertility,General heath,Infertility,Infertile Women,Quality of life}, title_fa = {مقایسه کیفیت زندگی زنان بارور و نابارور مراجعه کننده به مراکز دولتی شهر مشهد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: باروری یکی از مهمترین کارکردهای خانواده به شمار مـی رود و نابـاروری مـی توانـد باعـث اخـتلالات مهـم عاطفی، عواقب اجتماعی و روانی از جمله کاهش رضایت از زندگی و کیفیـت زنـدگی شـود . مطالعـه حاضـر بـا هـدف مقایسه کیفیت زندگی زنان بارور و نابارور مراجعه کننده به مراکز دولتی شهر مشهد انجام شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه تحلیلی مقطعی، 100 زن بارور با انتخـاب تصـادفی از مراکـز بهداشـتی درمـانی و 100 زن نابارور از مراکز ناباروری دولتی شهر مشهد به صورت مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. زنان شرکت کننده در مطالعه تنها همسر شوهرشان بودند و میانگین سنی آنان 22 تا 45 سال بود. زنان بارور از یک روش پیشگیری از بارداری اسـتفاده میکردند. شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه، پرسشـنامه بررسـی سـلامت عمـومی (GHQ28)، پرسشـنامه خلاصـه شـده کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی را تکمیل و سپس دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار آمـاری SPSS (نسـخه 14) و آزمونهای کای دو، من ویتنی تجزیه و تحلیل و در آزمون های انجام شده ضـریب اطمینـان 95% و سـطح معنـی دار 0/05 مد نظر قرار گرفت. یافته ها: افراد دو گروه از نظر مشخصات فردی، سایر متغیرهای مداخلـه گـر و سـلامت عمـومی اخـتلاف معنـی داری نداشتند، تنها زنان نابارور خشنودی زناشویی بیشتری را ابراز کردند (p=0/014). دو گروه در هیچ یک از حیطه هـای (p=0/94) کلـی و (p=0/18) محـیط ،(p=0/53) اجتماعی ،(p=0/86) روانی ،(p=0/46) جسمی شامل زندگی کیفیت اختلاف آماری معنی داری نداشتند. نتیجهگیری: در مطالعه حاضر کیفیت زندگی دو گروه اختلاف معنی داری نداشت و امتیازات کسب شـده در هـر دو گروه زنان بارور و نابارور در حد متوسط بود. لذا انجام مطالعات بیشتر جهت کمک به ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی به ویـژه در زنان به عنوان پایه خانواده و جامعه ضروری به نظر می رسد. }, keywords_fa = {باروری,زنان نابارور,سلامت عمومی,کیفیت زندگی,ناباروری}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5717.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5717_2e80d3a0e1352bceeb61cf507ea5fab4.pdf} }
