This study investigated the effects of menstrual cycle on metamemory, everyday memory and prospective memory in women. Methods: This field study was conducted on 60 women aged 18-45 years with natural menstrual cycle. They completed the questionnaire for 3 times; day 1-5 of menstrual cycle and 21th day of the first and third cycles they did past-test. Multi factorial memory questionnaire was used for measuring metamemory and Sunderland test for everyday memory. To assess prospective memory requested to do one predetermined task. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 15. Repeated measurements method and Mauchly's test was used to test the homogeneity of variances. Results: Menstrual cycle did not affect on metamemory and contentment with memory, but affected on perception of ability and strategies (the two subscales of metamemory) and also everyday memory. Time-based and event-based prospective memory without recall get better during mid-luteal phase but both time-based and event-based prospective memory had no changes through natural menstrual cycle. Conclusion: Hormonal fluctuation has no effect on the monitoring centers of memory during menstrual cycle but can have influence on women’s perception of ability of memory and consequently change their functions.  }, keywords = {Memory,Menstrual cycle,Women}, title_fa = {اثر سیکل قاعدگی بر فراحافظه، حافظه روزمره و حافظه آینده‌نگر در زنان 45-18 سال}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: چرخه قاعدگی، از جمله چرخه‌های زیستی است که به دلیل نوسانات هورمونی می‌تواند بر تمام سیستم‌های بدن انسان از جمله سیستم عصبی و فعالیت‌های شناختی وی تأثیر بگذارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سیکل قاعدگی بر اجزای فراحافظه، حافظه روزمره و حافظه آینده‌نگر در زنان انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه میدانی در سال 1389 بر روی 60 زن با چرخه قاعدگی منظم با میانگین سنی 4/30 سال و در 3 مرحله، روز اول تا پنجم سیکل قاعدگی و روزهای 21 سیکل اول و سوم از زمان انجام مطالعه انجام شد. برای اندازه‌گیری فراحافظه از پرسشنامه حافظه چند عاملی، جهت ارزیابی حافظه روزمره از پرسشنامه ساندرلند و جهت ارزیابی حافظه آینده‌نگر از درخواست انجام یک فعل از پیش تعیین شده به عنوان ابزار استفاده شد. داده‌ها پس از گردآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 15) با روش اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر و آزمون کرویت ماکولی جهت آزمون همگن بودن واریانس‌ها، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در افراد مورد مطالعه، سیکل قاعدگی بر فراحافظه و همچنین مؤلفه رضایت از حافظه بی‌تأثیر بود، ولی بر متغیر ادراک از توانایی و راهبرد (که دو زیر مقیاس فراحافظه می‌باشند) و همچنین بر حافظه روزمره مؤثر بود. در مورد حافظه آینده‌نگر نیز حافظه آینده‌نگری زمان- مدار و رخداد - مدار بدون یادآوری بر سیکل قاعدگی تأثیر داشت، اما حافظه آینده‌نگر رخداد - مدار و زمان- مدار با یادآوری بر سیکل قاعدگی تأثیر نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نوسانات هورمونی در طول سیکل قاعدگی بر مراکز کنترل حافظه بی تأثیر است اما می‌تواند ادراک زنان از توانایی حافظه و در نتیجه عملکرد وی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد.  }, keywords_fa = {حافظه,زنان,سیکل قاعدگی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_554.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_554_c1716d31d122ff19211dd76f8ddbce53.pdf} }
