Iron deficiency anemia is the most common cause of anemia during pregnancy and leads to important complications such as low birth weight, preterm birth and so on during pregnancy. This study was performed with aim to determine the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women and evaluation of its relationship with some variables. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 600 pregnant women referred to morning Clinic of Ghaem Hospital in 2010. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire in which required information including gestational age, gravidity and parity, number of abortions, educational level and household income were recorded. Data analysis was performed by SPSS software (version 16). PResults: In this study, the prevalence of anemia was 11.2% in the subjects. There was significant relationship between age of pregnant women and anemia (P≤0.001), anemia and age during the first pregnancy (P=0.001) and anemia and the time interval between the current and the previous pregnancies (P=0.001). In addition, there was a significant relation between the prevalence of anemia and gestational age (P=0.0005), parity (P≥0.005), gravidity (P=0.001), educational level (p≥0.0001) and income (p≥0.0001). Conclusion: Increased parity and gravidity leads to an increase in the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia. Regarding the fact that iron deficiency anemia is a preventable complication, specific attention to prevention programs pregnant women and empowering health care policies during pregnancy can be one of the most important priorities in the country.}, keywords = {Gravidity,Iron Deficiency Anemia,Parity,pregnancy}, title_fa = {بررسی میزان شیوع آنمی فقرآهن در زنان باردار مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان قائم (عج)}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: کم‌خونی فقرآهن به معنای هموگلوبین کمتر از 11 گرم بر دسی لیتر در سه ماهه اول و سوم و کمتر از 5/10 گرم بر دسی لیتر در سه ماهه دوم بارداری تعریف می‌شود. آنمی فقرآهن، شایع‌ترین علت کم خونی در زمان بارداری است و باعث عوارض مهمی در بارداری از قبیل وزن کم موقع تولد و زایمان زودرس و ... می‌شود.مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان شیوع آنمی فقرآهن در زنان باردار و بررسی ارتباط آن با برخی متغیرها انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1389 بر روی 600 زن باردار مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه صبح بیمارستان قائم (عج) انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته بود که اطلاعات مورد نیاز شامل سن بارداری، تعداد حاملگی و زایمان، تعداد سقط جنین، سطح سواد و میزان درآمد خانوار در آن ثبت شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: در این مطالعه شیوع آنمی در واحدهای پژوهش 2/11% بود. در زنان باردار بین سن و آنمی (001/0≥p)، سن اولین بارداری و آنمی (001/0=p) و فاصله بین بارداری فعلی با بارداری قبلی و آنمی (001/0=p) ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. همچنین بین سن جنین (0005/0=p)، تعداد بارداری (001/0=p)، تعداد زایمان (005/0≤p)، سطح سواد (0001/0≤p) و میزان درآمد (0001/0≤p) و ابتلاء به آنمی ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: افزایش تعداد بارداری و زایمان باعث افزایش شیوع فقرآهن می شود. با توجه به اینکه کمخونی فقرآهن عارضه‌ای قابل پیشگیری است، توجه خاص به برنامه‌هایی پیشگیری و تقویت سیاست‌های مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در دوران بارداری می‌تواند یکی از مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های بهداشتی در کشور باشد.}, keywords_fa = {بارداری,پاریتی,کم‌خونی فقرآهن,گراویدیتی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5332.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5332_1d2ffeca7efe41d234001944390332cb.pdf} }
