It is important to distinguish between benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Due to the sensitivity of pregnancy, especially malignant adnexal masses in pregnancy and the lack of accurate information from the prevalence of this malignancy, this study was performed with aim to evaluate the prevalence of adnexal masses in pregnancy. Method: This cohort study was performed on 53 pregnant women with adnexal mass who needed to surgery referred to gynecology oncology department of Mashhad Ghaem Hospital during 2010-2014. Evaluating variables included maternal age, gestational age, sonographic characteristics of tumor, clinical symptoms of patient, type of surgery, pathology status of tumor, performed chemotherapy and prognosis of mother and fetus. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS statistical software (version 16), and Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests. PResults: the prevalence of malignancy was 21% (11patients). The most frequent malignancy in adnexal masses and pregnancy was germ cell tumors. 55% of these tumors were in stage 3 and 4. Borderline tumors included 18% of malignant tumors. In this study, maternal mortality rate of 5.6% and maternal mortality rate of 3.8% was reported.  Conclusion: Adnexal masses in pregnancy should be evaluated with more care and sensitivity and in cases of suspected or stable tumors, it is better to perform surgery in gynecologic oncology centers.}, keywords = {Adnexal Masses,Malignancy,pregnancy,Prevalence}, title_fa = {بررسی فراوانی بدخیمی توده های آدنکس در حاملگی در بخش ژنیکولوژی انکولوژی بیمارستان قائم از سال 1393-1389}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: توده های آدنکس در حاملگی اکثراً خوش خیم هستند. مسئله مهم این است که بتوان بین تومورهای خوش خیم تخمدان از بدخیم افتراق داد. با توجه به حساسیت دوران بارداری به ویژه بدخیمی توده آدنکس در بارداری و عدم اطلاع صحیح از شیوع این بدخیمی، مطالعه حاضر با هدف شیوع بدخیمی توده های آدنکس در بارداری انجام شد. روش کار:این مطالعه کوهورت از سال 1393-1389 در بخش ژنیکولوژی انکولوژی بیمارستان قائم دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بر روی 53 زن باردار دارای توده آدنکس که نیاز به عمل جراحی داشتند انجام شد. متغیرهای مورد مطالعه شامل سن بیماران، سن بارداری، مشخصات سونوگرافی تومور، علائم بالینی بیمار، نوع عمل جراحی، وضعیت آسیب شناسی تومور، نوع شیمی درمانی انجام شده و عاقبت مادر و نوزاد بودند. روش و ابزار گردآوری داده ها استفاده از فرم پرسشنامه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های من ویتنی تست و کروسکال والیس انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: شیوع بدخیمی در این بیماران (11 نفر) 21% بود. بیش ترین نوع بدخیمی در توده های آدنکس و حاملگی از دسته رژم سل تومور بود، 55% این تومورها در مرحله 3 و 4 بیماری قرار داشتند. تومورهای بینابینی 18% از تومورهای بدخیم را شامل می شدند. در این مطالعه 6/5% مرگ مادر و 8/3% مرگ جنین گزارش شد. نتیجه گیری: توده های آدنکس را باید در زنان باردار با دقت و حساسیت بیشتر ارزیابی کرد و در موارد مشکوک یا تومورهای پایدار بهتر است جراحی در مراکز ژنیکولوژی انکولوژی انجام شود.}, keywords_fa = {بدخیمی,توده آدنکس,حاملگی,شیوع}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_4822.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_4822_eb8f068a96b837e8b1df6e78feb8ba2e.pdf} }
