In cervical cancer patient, both surgery and radiation therapy can cause sexual dysfunction. Therefore, this study was performed with aim to survey sexual dysfunction in women with cervical cancer and a history of pelvic radiation therapy. Methods: This study was performed on 176 women with cervical cancer and a history of pelvic radiation therapy referred to Ghaem and Omid hospitals in Mashhad who were selected using convenient sampling from 2009 to 2013. Research tools consisted of personal information form and ROSEN Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI). Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 16.5) and Spearman and Pearson correlation coefficient tests. PResults: 53(30%) of women with cervical cancer and a history of pelvic radiation therapy had low sexual desire, 86 (49%) undesirable sexual arousal, 62 (35%) low lubrication, 74 (42%) undesirable orgasm. 70 (40%) of women complained of dyspareunia and 42 (24%) of Women were dissatisfied from sexual function. There was a significant correlation between sexual function with staging of cervical cancer (P= 0.001, r= - 0.25). There was a significant correlation between sexual desire (P= 0.04), sexual arousal (P= 0.008), lubrication (P= 0.001), orgasm (P= 0.004), sexual satisfaction (P= 0.009) and dyspareunia (P= 0.000) with staging of cervical cancer.  Conclusion: Sexual disorders in women with cervical cancer and a history of pelvic radiation therapy and correlation between sexual function with stage of cervical cancer reflects the fact that treatment, education and counseling programs is necessary for these women.}, keywords = {Cervical Cancer,Radiation,Sexual function}, title_fa = {بررسی اختلالات عملکرد جنسی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سرویکس و سابقه رادیوتراپی لگنی در سال 1388 تا 1392 در بیمارستان های قائم (عج) و امید مشهد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سرطان دهانه رحم، دومین سرطان شایع زنان و علت اصلی مرگ و میر ناشی از سرطان در کشورهای در حال توسعه می باشد. در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سرویکس، درمان های جراحی و رادیوتراپی می تواند باعث بروز مشکلات عملکرد جنسی شود، لذا مطالعه حاضر با عنوان بررسی اختلالات عملکرد جنسی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سرویکس و سابقه رادیوتراپی لگنی انجام شد. روش کار:در این مطالعه 176 زن مبتلا به سرطان سرویکس و سابقه رادیوتراپی لگنی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های قائم (عج) و امید مشهد که به روش نمونه برداری در دسترس از سال 1388 تا سال 1392 انتخاب شدند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مطالعه شامل فرم مشخصات فردی و پرسشنامه‌ عملکرد جنسی روزن بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 5/16) و آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها:53 نفر (30%) از زنان مبتلا به سرطان سرویکس و سابقه رادیوتراپی لگنی میل جنسی پایین، 86 نفر (49%) تهییج جنسی نامناسب، 62 نفر (35%) رطوبت واژن کم و 74 نفر (42%) ارگاسم نامطلوب داشتند. 70 نفر (40%) از بیماران از درد هنگام مقاربت شاکی بودند، 42 نفر (24%) از بیماران از عملکرد جنسی خود ناراضی بودند. بین عملکرد جنسی با مرحله بندی سرطان سرویکس زنان همبستگی وجود داشت (25/0- =r، 001/0=p). بین میل یا کشش جنسی (04/0=p)، تحریک جنسی (008/0=p)، رطوبت جنسی (001/0=p)، حداکثر لذت جنسی (004/0=p)، رضایت جنسی (009/0=p) و درد هنگام مقاربت (000/0=p) با مراحل سرطان سرویکس همبستگی وجود داشت. نتیجه ‌گیری: وجود اختلالات جنسی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سرویکس و سابقه رادیوتراپی لگنی و ارتباط بین مرحله بیماری با اختلالات جنسی نشانگر این است که اجرای برنامه های درمانی، آموزشی و مشاوره ای به این زنان لازم است.}, keywords_fa = {عملکرد جنسی,سرطان گردن رحم,رادیوتراپی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_4356.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_4356_f1f130ad0443353b8e23c4bfb72155df.pdf} }
