The disease is manifested as spontaneous bleeding in the presence of normal coagulation tests. The women complicated with the disease in addition to heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding are at risk of different pregnancy complications such as recurrent pregnancy loss. This study investigates recurrent abortion. This study introduces recurrent abortion in 2 sisters and tries to introduce this disease as a rare cause of recurrent pregnancy loss. Case: This study introduces two sisters suffering from severe deficiency of factor XIII. The younger sister had referred after four abortions at the first trimester and the disease was diagnosed. After clotting factor replacement therapy, symptoms of disease were alleviated and successful pregnancy occurred after 4 months that led to the birth of a healthy term infant. The older sister was a 37 year old woman that the disease was diagnosed after 10 recurrent pregnancy losses. She was put through clotting factor replacement therapy, despite clotting factor replacement therapy and alleviation of hemorrhagic symptoms, pregnancy did not occur. Conclusion: Accurate and on time diagnosis of factor XIII deficiency in women suffering from hemorrhagic disorders is necessary, and appropriate treatment can prevent of recurrent and sometimes serious hemorrhage, and recurrent pregnancy loss, and improve the quality of life.}, keywords = {Factor XIII,Recurrent pregnancy loss}, title_fa = {گزارش چندین مورد سقط راجعه به علت کمبود مادرزادی فاکتور XIII}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: کمبود مادرزادی فاکتور XIII، یکی از اختلالات انعقادی نادر است که می تواند منجر به سقط مکرر شود. این بیماری به صورت خونریزی خود به خودی و تأخیری در حضور تست های انعقادی طبیعی تظاهر می یابد. زنان مبتلا به این بیماری علاوه بر قاعدگی شدید و طولانی، در معرض خطر عوارض مختلف بارداری از جمله سقط راجعه می باشند. این مطالعه با معرفی سقط های مکرر در دو خواهر سعی در معرفی این بیماری به عنوان علتی نادر برای سقط راجعه دارد.   گزارش مورد: در این مطالعه دو خواهر مبتلا به کمبود شدید فاکتور XIII معرفی می شوند. در خواهر کوچکتر که بعد از 4 بار سقط در سه ماهه اول بارداری مراجعه کرده بود، تشخیص بیماری روشن شد. پس از جایگزین کردن فاکتور انعقادی، علائم بیماری تخفیف یافت و بعد از 4 ماه بارداری موفق رخ داد که منجر به تولد نوزاد ترم و سالم شد.  خواهر بزرگتر خانم 37 ساله ای بود که پس از 10 نوبت سقط راجعه بیماری تشخیص داده شد، ولی علی رغم جایگزین کردن فاکتور با وجود بهبود علائم خونریزی دهنده باردار نشد. نتیجه گیری: تشخیص دقیق و به موقع کمبود فاکتور XIII در زنان مبتلا به اختلالات خونریزی دهنده ضروری بوده و با درمان مناسب می توان از خونریزی های مکرر و گاهاً خطیر و همچنین از سقط های مکرر پیشگیری کرد و کیفیت زندگی را بهبود بخشید.}, keywords_fa = {فاکتور XIII,سقط راجعه}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_4198.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_4198_2ca497d9460eeb0d46713eab7201f65c.pdf} }
