The best way to reduce the complication of gestational diabetes is education that is applicable to all patients. This study was performed aimed to evaluate the effect of discharge education on neonatal outcomes in women with gestational diabetes. Methods: This clinical trial study was performed on 126 Patients at 28-36 weeks of pregnancy with gestational diabetes in 2013. The patients were divided into 2 test groups and 1 control group. The first test group received 2 sessions of 40 minutes of training. The second test group received an instructional booklet. The control group received routine hospital education. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 16) and Fisher's exact, Chi-square, ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis tests. P0= 0.5 and P1= 0.1 were considered.   Results: Among the studied outcomes, the incidence of jaundice in the first week was statistically significantly different between studied groups (P=0.027), So that in both methods, the percentage of infants hospitalized because of jaundice in the first week was lower than the control group. but, there was no statistically significant difference between different studied groups in terms of birth weight (P= 0.829), hypoglycemia (P= 0.294), hypocalcemia (P= 0.294). Conclusion: Discharge education to mothers especially in patients with gestational diabetes can affect neonatal outcomes, therefore, it leads to increased health of the neonates of this risky group and reduced hospital costs due to decrease in neonate's hospitalization.}, keywords = {Discharge planning,Educational booklet,Face to face training,Gestational diabetes}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر آموزش هنگام ترخیص بر پیامدهای نوزادی در مبتلایان به دیابت بارداری}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: دیابت بارداری، یک وضعیت طبی در زمینه عدم تحمل کربوهیدرات است که می تواند تأثیر سوئی بر جنین و نوزاد بگذارد.بهترین راه کاهش عوارض دیابت، آموزش است که برای تمام بیماران قابل اجرا می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش هنگام ترخیص بر پیامدهای نوزادی مبتلایان به دیابت بارداری انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1392 بر روی 126 بیمار بستری در هفته 28-36 حاملگی مبتلا به دیابت بارداری انجام شد. افرد در دو گروه آزمون و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمون اول، 2 جلسه 40 دقیقه ای آموزش دریافت کردند. گروه آزمون دوم، یک کتابچه آموزشی دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل، آموزش معمول بیمارستان را دریافت کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری  SPSS(نسخه 16) و آزمون های دقیق فیشر، کای دو، آنالیز واریانس و کروسیکال والیس انجام شد. 5/0=p0 و  1/0=p1 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: در بین پیامدهای مورد بررسی، بروز ایکتر هفته اول در گروه های مورد مطالعه اختلاف آماری معنی داری داشت (027/0=p)؛ به طوری که در هر دو روش آموزش، درصد بستری نوزاد به دلیل ایکتر هفته اول نسبت به گروه کنترل کمتر بود. اما بین وزن هنگام تولد نوزاد (829/0=p)، هیپوگلیسمی (294/0=p) و هیپوکلسمی (294/0=p) در گروه های مختلف مورد مطالعه اختلاف آماری معنی داری وجود نداشت. نتیجه گیری: آموزش های هنگام ترخیص به مادران به ویژه در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت بارداری، می تواند بر پیامد های نوزادی تأثیر بگذارد و از این رو باعث افزایش سلامتی نوزادان این گروه در معرض خطر و همچنین کاهش هزینه های بیمارستان به دلیل کاهش یافتن دفعات بستری نوزادان شود.}, keywords_fa = {آموزش چهره به چهره,برنامه ترخیص,دیابت بارداری,کتابچه آموزشی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_3834.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_3834_b3c894e89e71457dbde1dc4b0370c67d.pdf} }
